Pizza Hut

We have gone to Pizza Hut for years, but it's been awhile since the pandemic. We decided to get take out yesterday. Let me say this before I begin my complaint- the food was as excellent as ever and we got everything we ordered. That being said- we always make a big order, then we have food for a few days. My son and I went in to get the food and immediately, the woman at the counter says, "You having a party?" There was more food than just a normal order, but not enough for a party. I explained why we got so much and her reply was, "How many people are in your family? You freeze some of it? A few days? That's more than for a few days!" EXCUSE ME?!! I didn't know that you had to go through an interrogation to get food from Pizza Hut! I felt like I should give some of the food back, based on her comments. You'd think she'd be glad we placed a larger order and gave them more money than if we'd ordered small. Then, when we were getting ready to go, she looks at my adult son and says, "You gonna carry this for her?" What the HELL business is it of hers?!! It didn't take long to get our food ready and for me to pay, however, during that time she said all this and more. I now know that she doesn't like Christmas and doesn't buy gifts. She said more, but I was so upset by that time, I forget everything else she said. You know, I'm a friendly person and always chat with the employees of the places I go to. But this was not friendly, this was invasive and judgmental. I will definitely think twice about going to this Pizza Hut again. She's lucky I was nice and kept my mouth shut. I come from a hot-headed clan of Irish folk who can really give someone a piece of their mind. But she wasn't worth it. So, beware going to the Hobart Pizza Hut on Rt. 6- you may get chastised for giving them more business than this woman thinks you should!!

Great place. Service with a smile. The staff are always nice and polite. Food is fresh, hot and ready in minutes.

The melts are awful and ours were cold by the time we got them. I was asked to do a survey afterwards and rated everything "highly dissatisfied." They asked me to leave a Google review.. here it is. Yuck. And I live Pizza Hut. Have ever since I was a kid.

Food is great, and regardless, how short staffed they are, the managers make sure, everything is 100% satisfying.

I had not had a Pizza Hut pizza in over 8 years, and we randomly decided to order from here because our small mom-and-pop shop was closed, but it was the best decision ever; I’m not going to lie, I wasn’t expecting much but I was happily in the wrong. Pizza was perfectly cooked, perfect cheese and toping quantities, nothing was overcooked or dry. Pizza was fluffy and crispy and fresh and will order again. I for sure won’t let another 8 years go by again. Lol!

Pizza hut used to be my favorite growing up but their dough and sauce is just so bland now days and laking flavor

Ordered twice online and was refunded my money quickly due to online problems. Then called my local Pizza Hut and ordered willing to lose my online deals. After waiting a hour and a half for my pizza to arrive I look at my bank account and THAT order was let accepted either. We ate cereal and will use our local mom and pop pizza places in the future because will always OUT PIZZA THE HUT!!!

Pizza and service were great, no complaints there. It was the price for what you receive that would deter me. I could go sit down and be served with good food for the same price for two people as a pizza only no sides for two people. However, it was a cold night, and we felt like eating at home.
