Been ordering from this location for the past few years and have never had a single issue until today due to a computer issue on our part. Stephen saved our day. He is awesome we completely appreciate him and will always be pizza hut customers
I went to the Payette, ID location late on 12/03. The 2 gentlemen working were very friendly and helpful. After I ordered my food, I informed the one who rang upy order that I was going to wait in my car while they worked on my car. When my order was finished he brought it out to my car. I always get excellent service at this location. The food is good and reasonably priced.
Pasta and cheese sticks were good, but the pizza was severely under cooked. It's was like eating a clump of pizza dough and there was practically no sauce when is was ordered for the normal amount. Let's hope me and my family won't be sick in the morning.
Went through the drive thru and got good service. Pizza was fresh but forgot the sauce we ordered on the side.
Ordered door dash amd doordaah driver never picked it up so I had to drive 2 towns away to pick it up and was 2 hours old thanks to door dash.
You might as well just order from Little Caesars. Same quality lower price
My name is Karen I'm visiting my sister in Ontario this is the experience I've had with Pizza Hut in Payette Idaho The Staff and Management in Payette id goes beyond good customer service, I am satisfied with the service I receive and the delivery as well, I've never had to wait long at all for a delivery, I received it in a good timely manner, The pizza was hot as always, And tasted good, Everybody is nice, They go way Far and Beyond to satisfy a customers and give them the service they deserve, Always in a place of business it's all about good customer service, The staff express that well, I know if there was ever a problem it would be corrected immediately with no hesitation, I would strongly recommend the Pizza Hut in Payette Idaho
I was extremely impressed with the guy at the window...I think his name was Flynn? He went above and beyond, found where the app overcharged us without me even asking, and he made us feel like a valued customer. That is very unusual these days! He even commented on one of my crazy custom order, saying it sounded good. Lol
There was so little cheese on it I thought maybe you had to ask for it like a topping. I didn't understand when we've always really like the pizza here, the other toppings were so small and sparse we weren't sure what was what. Maybe a bad night and they were low on cheese chicken and tomatoes. The crust was really good a usual.
Order was smashed in box and Buffalo sauce was all over bread sticks and pizza. Then when I called to explain what happened I was left on hold for over 10 minutes I had to hang up and call back. Replacement order took over an hour to arrive. The replacement order too had a fold in the box which caused the toppings to be stuck to the lid of the box. Proper handling and better customer service needs to be addressed
