I ordered a large thin crust. It came out. The top was perfect for the crust was complete dough! We kindly ask them to put it back in. The top came out pretty dark in the bottom was complete dough! So we asked them to start over and make us a new one so we had to cook brought it out and said how does that look reset perfect but he said my boss adds too much sauce and he said we added just a tiny bit. We did not eat it. We left it on the table. The waitress took off three dollars when we left. We have never had a problem there before but what really turned us off is where was the manager?
Horrible horrible service. We waited for over 45m before our order was taken. When we asked why nobody had taken out tables order.... The servers argued in the kitchen. Audibly. Our apology consisted of the phrase "I've only been here two weeks" with no recompense. Short staffing is a problem. If you can't handle dine in, don't offer it.
My faith in Pizza Hut has been restored. Pizza Huts in the South have been horrible, I was hesitant but did and I am pleased. Fast delivery. Food was hot and great. Will go to the Pizza Hut in Meadville, PA again.
It was great to receive my order on time, complete, hot, and with great customer service. To many workers just hand you the order and never even say thank you. The lady that cashed me out was super polite and nice.
I had ordered 2 pizzas and an order of cheesy bread stix. I was very disappointed with the pizzas. Both became very soggy and doughy. One was even a pan pizza. I asked for extra toppings, but that was taken to the extreme. I would not recommend this location to anyone! Very disappointing!!
Training was occurring so there was not fast service but the staff explained that and was very friendly. No complaints, standard Pizza Hut experience.
After the girl told me to hold on and just sat the phone down after I listen to her and some dude talk for 8 minutes as I just sat there listening ...and waitingggg and waitingggg finally hanging up to call back and get threw to have the order all messed up. Never again will we ever order anything from this place again.
Have not ordered from Pizza Hut in a while. Called the phone number and thought I would get to speak to the store, but I got customer service central. Horribly rude representative, who I could not understand at all. When I asked her to repeat herself, she got annoyed. or when I misunderstood what she said, she also got annoyed, I called instead of ordering online because I wanted to customize, but was informed that that is not possible.
Everything was great, the woman who took my order for delivery, the delivery guy was great regarding our 3 loud barking dogs and the food as usual was also great!
No sauce on my Wing they were naked and not good. Forgot my Cinnabons.
