I order Pizza Hut frequently. This location has been pretty decent for us since we moved close by. A couple of items slightly incorrect/made wrong but we aren't complainers. Last time though was rough. They decided to use one of those uber/dasher people and it was horrible. It took an hour longer and my items were cold and crusty. And the deliverer called me and asked questions that are permanently on my PH account. No Hut driver has ever called &/or asked before. I love PH and may try again but I will call in my order and make sure their personal delivery drivers are working.
Ordering was easy, unfortunately it was 30 minutes later then they said it would be, it was cold and they put min grated cheese containers in with the pizza which after they sit on the counter and are handled by many people before even reaching the counter meant it wasn't the most appetizing thing to deal with. For one pizza and one bread costing 50$ you hope it's on time, warm at least and not contaminated but no such luck at this location.
Worst experience I’ve had with people in this location I ordered chicken pizza I added veggies on the top it didn’t cooked
My whole life I can honestly say I've never had a bad pizza, until now. This was my first time eating pizza hut and it was awful. The sauce, cheese and even the bread tasted terrible and it was way too expensive. Try Little Caesar's, it tastes good and it costs less.
Very friendly staff. I initially placed the wrong order. They gave me full refund and prepared the right item. No need to say that the food was excellent! My granddaughter Maya loved it! Keep up the great work!
I used to love this location, but it seems lately they won't put any extra toppings on their pizza when you pay for it. 3 times in a row. And it's always looking rough, and super soggy. Gonna have to go with dominoes from now on. Both of these are our last 2 "extras".
Received order cold due to vehicle break down. Paid over $50.00 dollars for meal. Should have remade and shipped hot. Not wait for meal to return to store and ship out the cold food.
As usual big corporate companies trying to save a penny so all the bigwigs get richer not using adequate dough and their pizza crust I did not order a thin crust yet that's all I seem to get a flimsy very much not hearty Pizza
Pizza was dry. Hardly any meat on the Meat Lovers. Staff more interested in talking to each other than making a good product
Ordered wings and fries for carryout. The food was perfect. The issue was the pickup. Although there were 6 or 7 people working, it took the better part of 10 minutes before I or another customer were acknowledged. The employees were working hard in the back but very clearly not wanting to meet our eyes to help us. Eventually another customer got the attention of a returning delivery person who retrieved our orders. My frustration was exasperated when I heard a young brunette woman making comments about how she "should have spit in his food" when talking about another customer
