I ordered 3 pizzas for delivery, I was so surprised that the delivery was in less that 40 minutes. The pizzas were really tasty and warm. I didn't ordered from here in a while because the quality of the pizza wasn't what they used to be but yesterday I was in a hurry and ordered online and I was surprised in a good way! I will start ordering again from good old pizza hut!
My fave Pizza Hut location is right here! I genuinely just visit this place because they have excellent cuisine and excellent customer service. Everything was at a good temperature and tasted fresh. Their pizza is consistently prepared properly. Despite ordering from this place for years, I have absolutely no issues about it.
We typically don’t have serious issues but this is insanely inappropriate to even consider giving this despite ordering it half and half. I mean seriously!?
This place is to be popping back in the days. I went after work and they had a funky smell, it felt lonely on like other times and had a weird smell I don't know if it was the word or what besides that the co-workers were very friendly I would not deny..rhe food good as always
This is my absolute favorite location for Pizza Hut!!! I literally only come to this location because, not only is their customer service on point, but the food is exceptional. Everything tasted fresh and was at a good temperature. Their pizza is always made correctly. I have zero complaints about this establishment and I have been ordering it here for years now!!!
Oh my goodness - what was supposed to be an easy and uneventful take out experience turned out to be horrible and that is hard to do with pizza but this location is special - if you want a frisbee, this is the place to order your pizza for the family as that's what you'll get - a pizza so hard you may lose your teeth biting into it - never mind it was cold. Totally, unequivocally the worst Pizza Hut to order from when in Chicago. Not recommended!
Placed an order via the Uber app requesting pizza sauce & veggies. I also, called the restaurant to confirm my request. Instead I received a piece of cardboard with cold vegetables. Terrible customer service and poor people skills.
Place sucks has no Parm or crushed red peppers and if they do they trying 2 charge extra do not go worst pizza hut ever
The quality has gone down tremendously. Not the employees, they were amazing. But the quality of the food? Horrible. Probably will not be back to another Pizza Hut. Thinking about cancelling my rewards points too. This is the second time they have forgotten to put the parm cheese sprinkle on my cheese sticks, and they were dry. . Guess I'll deal with the long lines at Little Caesars.
I ordered a pizza with chicken and I also ordered 2 orders of cheese sticks from the pizza hut in Cicero on Cermak rd. The pizza was dry and looked more like the cardboard it came in. I could have got a frozen pizza from the food for less grocery store and had a better tasting pizza for my Family and I. I was embarrassed to think that I paid $41.49 for this plus the drivers tip, not the driver's fault This will be the last time I order anything from any pizza hut. My Family deserves better than this.
