Ordered pizza from Courtenay location on the $5.00 add a pizza, pizzas were amazing, ready on time and lots of toppings. Thanks Pizza hut, lots of toppings for a $5.00 add on pizzas. Very impressed

Very arrogant and rude front staff. Not even polite to people who offer services to them like delivery drivers and so on. Disappointed by their attitude towards Skip the dishes couriers.
The safety for this virus is really well spaced and the servers are polite and stay a safe distance.
Don't order Pizza Hut very often, but when we do the service here is spotty. Sometimes it is great, other times the staff has been not so friendly. Food is typical Pizza hut, basically exactly what you would expect from this chain.
Terrible services! The call receptionist doesn't speak or understand proper English. People at the counter are rude and don't have basic courtesy toward customers. Replace these people!

after the employee read the order name on the receipt i was still given the wrong order after telling them my name. sorry Rob Porter I got your chicken Alfredo. Pizza hut should probably have an iq test for they're employees
