Witch manager lies all the time. Delays of hours to get order. Dirty place.
When ordering for deliveries the girl on the phone is very unpolite, not the first time either, when asked for any specials not providing any help simply says there’s no special, not bilingual, bad attitude and the delivery time over one hour, seems like they don’t care to lose their customers and the food is cold I won’t recommend!
Food is good, service was fast! We went an hour after they opened and the place was still an awful mess! Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, diarrhea in the toilets and pizza rubbed into the carpets.
Needs to be refurbished rapidly. Carpeting is filthy, paint on walls is decaying. Bathrooms dirty. Place unclean. Staff however was polite. Pizza Hut in St-Jérôme. Will not return and definitely not recommend.
Ok family place. Kids love the pizza. Better than other Pizza Huts.
Not bad for fast food
Absolutely the slowest and worst service ever had. Orserctajen twice and done all wrong. 45 minutes to get serve
Well the food was great but the call center the girl was an little rude
Friendly, helpful staff. Strange smell on entering. Pizza was burnt, but maybe that's the style.
