Poor value for the money. Taste is good. Customer service is excellent. If you order online, watch out! The website will delete items from your order only to duplicate them again later and remove them altogether if you try to correct the duplication. Pizza hut needs to improve their website and pricing structure.
Ordered over the phone for carryout. Husband got there and no record of the order. Apparently, my call had been forwarded to a call center. I even verified that I was ordering from the Deer Park store. Called the same number back, Deer Park store, and was told that they will put in a complaint with the call center....
Just got my delivery... worst pizza I've ever received, very dry, over cooked, bare minimum on cheese & sauce... oh and both pizzas are luke warm barely... Driver was awesome though
Went there yesterday, we always order online and they still screwed up our order. The round pizza was supposed to be the cheese bit pizza. The manager says we can remake it but we have to charge you more! Then we get home the bread stock are crisp and they forgot the marinara...
Gotta change my rating from 5 to 2 stars due to management refusing to correct a mistake to provide is with good service and good quality food. Such a disappointment cuz we usually love pizza hut pizza
Since the last time I ordered chicken alfredo something has changed.I picked up an order last night and hardly any chicken and no longer a creamy Alfredo sauce, but some watery stuff with big clunky, gummy noodles.I haven't done this in probably a year and a half and it has gone way downhill since then the people in the store were very nice but corporate must have done some changes because this is not the same product.
Ordered Canadian Bacon, pineapple, sausage, olives, onion. Toppings were sparce, cut very small, the cheese was also limited. Didn't "string out" like the cheese normally does. The second one was half cheese half pepperoni. Pepperoni was the same way. Very disappointed. They were "large" pizzas..... Not large size..... That's the biggest they had! Won't be back anytime soon. $32+
Delivery was great and on time for my requested delivery. I would like to see a few more toppings on the pizzas. I ordered a family feast box and my medium pizzas only had about 10 slices of pepperoni and 15 slices of mushroom. My medium ham and pineapple pizza had a whole corner piece that had nothing on it but cheese and the rest was sparsely topped. Unfortunately this is not the only time we have experienced this. Even when double the amount of toppings were ordered there was about the same amount as the regular order. When I order pizza I would like to taste more than just sauce and crust.
I have been eating pizza hut pizza 40 years .second time at deer park store ordered two mediums one veggie lovers and one pepperoni lovers both had hardly any toppings.and for 45 dollars you would expect more .no wonder they don't put prices on the menu it's so they can charge what ever they want we will not be back and believe me I am letting everyone I see know about the rip off that store is time to find somewhere else to get a good pie
