Pizza Fiamma

Unbelievably horrible experience. They added toppings we didn't even ask for and they added coriander to the whole pizza for no reason. Took an hour for delivery. And somehow the pizza was cold when it came. We called and asked for it to get fixed and they yelled at us saying it's our fault, everyone loves coriander. We even went back to the store and they yelled at us for wasting their time and refused to refund or even make a new pizza. Worst experience ever in terms of pizza.

I ordered two poutine and the taste was horrible. They have one plate with half cooked fries and other with extra cooked fries burn. They fully ignored when we talked to them about the food and were really rude. Even the price was not worth it. I rated the customer service as zero. Recommend not to visit the place. Even the staff was arguing one by one and not ready to refund the payment until and unless other customer standing beside us taste the food.

This location is horrible and avoidable. Every time Pizza has some unwanted toppings and today I got XL large pizza I found plastic on pizza. It was sharp enough to get cut on tongue . When I took but I found something hard then I saw it was plastic piece. Moreover, it has tiny particles on other slices.

Ordered fries and pizza, this is the quantity of medium fries we received, totally burnt fries, called this place for replacement or refund, they clearly said we wont be able to do anything now. Will take care next time. Worst experience ever.

First time ordering pizza from this location and i would never recommend anyone to order pizza from this place. Even the taste was so bad and moreover we got a hair in it.

Hi there , I ordered so many times pizza from pizza FiammA never happend this before but this time when I’m so hungry then ruined my mood completely after getting the toppings I didn’t want to … ordered pizza that costed my 41.50$ around 2am, I ordered 4 topping pizza : Shahi paneer, mushroom and halepeno, What I got in toppings : Shahi paneer, mushroom, halepeno, green pepper and onions, I don’t like onions. That’s was such a really bad experience, look for other options if u don’t want to waste your money. I recommend eat something else rather order from this pizza store unless you want surprising order that means order get the order different from your expectations, they didn’t cared about my money 41$ means something to me. I hope whoever read this review think twice before ordering from pizza FiammA McLaughlin road location.

Extremely bad experience. The cheese or the dough they used it tastes so bitter and not fresh. Have paid about $30 for such pizza. Moreover the toppings are also not fresh. They took about an hour to deliver and the pizza was so cold. When I've called the store to tell them about such happening and explained it, they put the call on hold and nobody responded for a long time. Highly recommended not to order if you don't wanna spoil your evening.

We ordered pizza at night near about 2 am. My friend has allergy from corns we specially mentioned but still we found corns in our pizza. She has serious issues regarding her allergies as she eaten 2-3 corns. Then we called them to take their pizza back and refund money but they argued for that by saying we can’t refund money instead of that they are offering another pizza. They are seeing this as a sensitive issue. We had such a bad experience. I will recommend you not to order from this store.

Worst experience not the first time They are increasing prices but that’s a another thing .last time I ordered the delivery told me 2 dollars more then the billl we pay 5 dollars delivery charge and still when I asked the people at the store said it’s the machine charge but the guy didn’t even used the machine that was not even working and I interac him the amount .Today I ordered the guy didn’t let me put the tip asked me and put it himself he was today asking me 44 dollars for a 42.52 dollar pizza then he said 1.5 dollar is for the machine .Is this a joke paying tax tip and then this hidden charge when we ask for delivery charge it should be the total .They don’t even put how much they are charging and for what ?

1 Extra large pizza, 4 dippings and 2L coke for $46...is it really that expensive or the delivery guy just charged me more.?
