Just ordered a Canadian pizza. It came with a spice pepperoni. When I called to complain he told me they don't have hot pepperoni on the house. When it clearly has one pizza called HOT and SPICE with the first ingredient being listed as HOT PEPPERONI. After the manager said he doesn't have hot pepperoni, he said bye and hang up on me. Great customer service, now we have a whole pizza that the kids won't eat it.
We have been ordering from Pizza Factory since we moved here 16 years ago. In our opinion its the best pizza in Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows. The kids prefer it to the sparsely topped major chains pizza. Guys working there are very nice and after so many year we know them well. Sometimes they are very busy so not a lot of time for hello's but the pizza is always good which is the main reason we order from here. Peperoni, extra sauce, well done. yum! Side Note - My sister in-law is a long time vegan and they usually order from another major chain, a few weeks ago she tried the one here at Pizza Factory and she said it was way better and will go here from now on.
The food is good but online ordering system frequently doesn't actually put in your order. Owner doesn't take responsibility for the problem so customer service response is terrible. Wouldn't even give free delivery after waiting 90 minutes for delivery.

The pizza was good, but I was pressured to tip twice and I don't appreciate it. I ordered online and an automatic tip for delivery was applied to my bill. OK no problem, fair is fair. But when the pizza was delivered and I was handed the machine, I was prompted to tip again. 15% of the bill was my lowest option, and don't forget, my original tip was included on the bill. So in essence, I was being asked to tip 15% on the money I already gave tipped them. I felt super awkward explaining to my driver that I'd already tipped. This forced automatic tip feels like a rip off. I wonder how many people don't notice it and tip twice. Just feels slimy to me. I don't believe it's an accident. Good pizza though...
Pizza was good, driver was friendly, but they screwed up our order on one of the pizzas. We asked for bacon, there was no bacon, instead covered in onions. We called to rectify this and the lady on the phone said "well I wrote down onions" and basically that was that. No apology no "let's be proactive about this situation". I've worked in customer service for many years, and her tones and way she was handling it was very rude. I didn't want to make a stink but seriously we are paying and giving a good tip and get treated that way?
I normally order for pickup but decided get my order for delivery last night; huge mistake. When I opened the door my dog started trying to smell the pizza bag the driver was holding and he fully freaked out. I ended up yelling at him a little harder than I probably should have but I was worried he was going to kick her in the head and injure her. If you order for delivery, make sure you either don't have a pet or have them behind a closed door to avoid this extremely awkward situation.

I have been a regular customer for 6 months now. Everytime the pizza is fresh full of cheese and ingredients. Tasty and loaded pizzas and the price is reasonable too. Love this place.
Never once had a problem. Staff is friendly. Doesn't sound agitated even when I order late I order at 10pm a lot. I don't have a car. Been delivering for a while. A little pricey but the pizza tastes phenomenal. I love they put the ingredients on and cover it with cheese, and the crust is amazing. I can't recommend this place enough. I've taken points to order salads, their salads are stuffed! It's great. 1000x better than pizza time across the street, on par with pizza hut. Their crust is nice and crunchy at the end. It's superb .
