Ordered through Doordash, I got Spaghetti with meatballs which came with a big garlic bread. It was really good, the pasta wasn’t overcooked and the meatball was delicious. I think there were 3 that were cut in halves. I enjoyed the dish a lot. I also got a pepperoni combo Calzone. It was huge and really good too. Their portions are really worth the price, I’d definitely order from them again in the future.
Bought a Cheese Pizza with extra sauce and it tasted really good. They actually listened and put on a good amount of extra sauce on it. Customer service was great I’ll be back again. Thanks!
I went and ordered a large half cheese half pepperoni pizza for me and my friends. It was amazing, the cheese would stretch and the sauce tasted absolutely amazing! Definitely coming back 10/10

Attention :: memo about pizza Factory in Arlington My kids and I decided to try pizza Factory for lunch for the first time . Will never be back and wanted to let community know what happened today we this is unacceptable and also seems like normal practice . While eating some pizza and a salad from afar notice one of the workers this gal in picture eating food while also making people's pizza . She managed to wipe her mouth multiple times grab her keys and go back to cutting pizza then placed it out for people to eat. I approached the counter to ask for the manager to explain what I saw. She started up yelling saying I didn't touch the pizza I just cut it . I can eat that is fine ... She was yelling and got so mad stormed out . Then guy behind counter also said he was manager and he will talk to her sorry I see this happen alot . They don't seem to think washing hands not eating around others food they are preparing and wiping their nose face etc is bad. I will never eat there again ! !!!
Everyone is so nice here. We don't have a pizza factory near us, so when we are in town we always grab a bite here.Food: 5/5
One of the better pizza joints around. Great flavor, friendly staff and prices aren't ridiculous. They also got a buffet if you really want to lay on the couch the rest of the day.

Because of my new goal of finding the best pizzeria north of Seattle, I decided to search in my own community of Arlington, and I came across the Pizza Factory. A medium cheese pizza cost me a whopping $15 including tip. I got no toppings on this baby since they could have skewed my opinion of the pizza. Cheese is the gold medal slice, tried and true. We got this pizza to go, and it was still hot when we got home, which was a plus. However, the positives end there. The pizza was not cut symmetrically, and the cheese was sticking to the box and not to the saucy dough. When my girl pulled a slice out of the box, the cheese stayed in the box and all she got was a saucy and floppy piece of dough. We had to cut the pizza ourselves and then we gave it a munch. Soggy dough, bland sauce, and stringy cheese! I can't say it's the worst ever, but rest assured, I will find other Arlington establishments that will hopefully compete for "best slice". This two star experience is not a one star experience only because, by looks alone, the pizza looks like it was from Chucky cheese, and boy did I love that entertainment establishment growing up. But, even that pizza was superior to this.
