Pizza Factory
"For over 30 years, Pizza Factory has stayed true to its roots. Hardworking owners and staff, family-friendly dining, and a high-quality product make us who we are. We take pride in the smile that first bite of pizza gives our guests. We strive to make everyone feel as if this is their hometown pizzeria. "We Toss'em, They're Awesome" - our hand-tossed pizzas are simply the best. Each bubbly, cheesy pie is made with the 100% real mozzarella cheese and our signature sauce. It's hard to say what makes it so delicious: the dough, the sauce, or is it the fresh toppings? We'll let you decide, if you can."

I will NEVER patronize this establishment again. We reserved an area for a 7yo's birthday party, 1pm on Sunday. I was told I could come in early to decorate. They took my name, phone number, size of party etc and told me they looked forward to seeing us on Sunday. Arrived at 12:30 to decorate, doors were locked, called no answer, knocked loudly, still no answer. We waited outside in 32° weather for someone to show up to open. We waited until 1:15 and made other arrangements and left a note on the door for party guests with directions to new party location. I explained to every parent what had happened and apologized for the inconvenience. To make a long story short, I will never patronize this business again, nor will I ever direct anybody their way. Their lack of consideration for guests is all I need to know about them. No phone call, no note, nothing to explain why we were left standing in 32°weather with a bunch of 7yo's hungry for pizza. Extremely disappointing!! I have NEVER given a bad review to an establishment before, but this one deserves a -10 rating. Word of mouth travels quickly and my words for this establishment are scathing and pouring out of my mouth effortlessly. Food = who knows Service= -5 Never again Kid-friendliness: If you consider letting a bunch of 7 year olds sit outside in 32 weather waiting for someone to unlock the doors kid friendly OK, but I don't. NOT KID FRIENDLY!!
Their dining room was closed and looks like it has been closed for a long time. We planned on going after skiing but we were disappointed when we couldn’t eat in the restaurant. Worth calling ahead to double check.
Very disappointed, my family reserved a table to have my niece's birthday party there at 1 o'clock as they open at 12 on Sunday. When we arrived the place was closed, we never received a call...nobody answered the phone or the door, we waited until after 1 p.m. We had to get a hotel room last minute to accommodate all the guests.
Showed up a little before 8pm to find it "open" but the dining room clearly closed. The guy working said we could still order anything with a dough, so got bread sticks, a pepperoni pizza, and one of their veggie pizzas. 17 minutes later, food was out. Breadsticks were pretty good, not at all greasy like you get at some places. My pepperoni pizza was quite good, the sauce had a slight bite to it and the pepperoni was distinct from others I've had with a very good flavor. My friend's veggie pizza was also good. Really nothing to complain about.
Everything said it was open, they had signs out on the curb, the open sign was lite and tv and lights were on but the door was locked and no one was to be found inside. Called and no answer, drove 30 minutes to come eat here as I heard it was the best. Seems like Sunday is just not the day they don’t wanna be open or earn any money.
As others have mentioned, the service was kind of lacking. We, unwittingly, showed up about 5-minutes before closing. The one person working agreed to make us our pizza, but asked us to sit outside since they were closing. Fair enough, and it was a beautiful Fall evening. Sitting outside was quite enjoyable, and the inside didn't exactly look fantastic anyway. Kinda brought back memories, not all good, of my High School cafeteria so long ago. The website today says that they deliver, but we were unable to get delivery during our visit last year. And that's part of why we showed up so late. So we took the stroll downtown for some pizza and really enjoyed the pizza and the town. I'd return for the pizza. I found it to be very good. But the location and service isn't anything to get excited about.
This pizza was sooooooo good and costs just a bit more than nice take and bake. The owner/operator was the only one there when we came for lunch and was nice and friendly. Hopefully we can come again on another road trip some day.
This guy was AMAZING!!! He deserves so much love for what he does! The food was amazing but that’s the least of it, he was so kind and upbeat the entire time. He genuinely cares about all his customers. Even though he’s the only employee he came out from behind the counter to get the door for my friend who had her arms full. Please please go and show him some support! And leave a nice tip! He deserves it!
The worker was very nice, polite, and extremely helpful. Very fair wait for waiting for our order that wasn't made until ordered. Very efficient for being the only employee. Location was very easy to find. Would most definitely eat here again! I wish I could give more than a 5 star review service was wonderful!!
This is a filthy, poorly maintained, bare minimum effort establishment. Purchased two single scoops of ice cream. This is what they gave me. And just to be clear, no ice cream is actually in the cone itself, just the partial scoop placed on top of the cone.
