Ordered pizza tonight through their website. 45 mins later, pizza received was not the correct order. I immediately called the store and was advised that the order did not transmit accurately. I had a toddler to feed and really needed the correct pizza a simple cheese topping. The person on the phone stated that they would send a medium pizza asap. 1 hour later with an hungry toddler, we received no food as promised on the phone. We called several times and got no response. No one answered the phone all within the business hours of course. Ended up spending more money to order from a different place. Do not recommend this location. Do yourself a favour and order elsewhere. Horrible customer service and 0 ownership - will never order with them again.
Beware! Do not go to this location. This location does not represent Pizza Depot and the owners should be embarrassed. Pizza Dough is flat and chewy. Topping amount is very minimal even the cheese. You will be lucky to get more than 2 pepperoni pieces on a slice and Pizza is always over cooked almost burnt. Employees are hard to understand especially ordering over the phone. I figured being a new location maybe they need to iron out some kinks. But have order 3 times from them and every time I ordered it was worse. Got to the Westoak Trails its the best pizza and Customer service is amazing. Trust me! As for the owners of this location get your act together fast and stop being so cheap with the toppings. I will be reporting this to the Franchise to have them audit you. Goodluck!
New Management has no clue or training how to run this store. I was initially excited for this store opening but my last visit will be my last visit. First my order they got my order wrong. Moreover they cut vegetables so big that it doesn't matches what I use to eat at Pizza Depot. And last pizza was so thick and when coming off the oven had so many big bubbles that none of the staff took care. Everyone was busy on their phones or taking. Worst experience. I am sure this store won't last long, I am not going back at any cost.
I ordered from pizza depot on christmas as no other stores were open. I was a little scared to order after reading the reviews but i was surprised by the pizzas i recieved. They were amazing and so fresh. I am a very picky person when it comes to food but these pizzas were above excellent. They made them just the way i wanted them. The amount of toppings used was perfect. Me and my family loves them and its our go to pizza place now. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
Pizzas were yummy and well done. Loved the taste of the crust. We tried the tandoori chicken pizza along with the buffalo chicken pizza. Loved the flavours on the tandoori pizza. Next time m gonna try the butter chicken one. This place is highly recommended.
We tried the tandoori chicken pizza and it was delicious. Make sure you get it desi style and be prepared to handle the spice! Our pizza was ready on time and we had no issues with the service.
Average pizza was kinda dry! The Indian style wings, that were good, but since the pizza wasn’t good 3 stars.
I ordered the pizza and meanwhile I read the reviews I was scared. Honestly service time was same as little saesars on appleby. Tasty crust.we ordered tendoori chicken and canadian. Tendoori was hot for my taste but hubby liked it. Canadian was really good but bacon bits where somehow odd,I wasn't sure if it was actual bacon
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Horrible service and we haven't even eaten anything from them! I ordered online, and they promptly cancelled my order. I called in to the company they use to order from to find out what was going on, he spoke with the place and they told him "we had to cancel because we had no drivers, we called but they did not pick up their phone". Well, no calls came in to my phone from you. So I have lost my faith because if you had called, you could have left a message. I will never order or attempt to order from you again. This kind of attitude will not keep you in business for long.
I love Hawaiian pizza and this place nailed it!!! So good! Mmmm, we will be ordering from here again. Delivery wasn’t to long! Price is great too!
