We were seated right away and our server was pretty good. We ordered a lunch combo: nine inch pizza with three toppings, garlic bread, drink. The pizza was fairly good I am used to the bell pepper and onion on top being a little sautéed or cooked slightly, and the sausage being ground sausage - this was slices of link sausage. The garlic bread was also fairly good, just not as flavorful as I’ve had.
The biggest salad I’ve ever had for this price $12 and my guest’s pasta was really yummy. One of the only places open past 8pm in Cavendish. Thank you for convenient, filling meals for cheap while traveling!
Stopped here for a late lunch with my fiance and 6 y/o. Food was reasonably priced, got quite a large serving for the price. Server was thoughtful helped us make educated choices on our meal. Took about 15 minutes for our food to arrive which was hot and tasty. A great place for lunch/dinner in my opinion :.
I have to warn all of you ! This pizza is the worst one I ever had. The seafood pizza is totally a joke , I have seen a few tiny shrimps and scallops as the same as my pinky nail. That’s it! Some of the slices are totally just cheese . Regardless I have waited for 1 hr and 15mins. Although the store has told me the waiting time is 45mins to 1hr so 1hr is what I expected. $30+ for a cheese pizza ?! No thank you ! I wish I can give no star Bt I can’t !
How ridiculous. No more sea food dishes "because we close in 3 weeks". PEI fishermen stop working already? Lollll. This is PEI service level? Maybe customers should stop coming "because you close in 3 weeks". Anyhow pizza with vegetables cut in big chunks that end up uncooked.
The sub was a huge disappointment. The photo on the website or how the menu shows it. There was literally very little meat on it. Now to be fair when I took it back the ladies were extremely helpful and apologetic however I wasn’t going to wait around for another 30mins to have another sub made so I asked for the refund.
You enter the place and see a lot of empty seats. Yet you wait for 15 minutes to be seated in a darkest place. The you order simple dishes and wait 45 minutes. Food is low quality, Including drinks, some needs to be redelivered. Service is bad. Nothing apart from general cleanness was positive about this joint. Avoid.
Always a good experience when we stop at Pizza Delight! The one improving point I'd say is that they didn't have stuffed crust, but I go here pretty much every year and get garlic fingers and donair sauce and have never had a bad experience. Our orders were taken and we were gotten drinks in a timely manner and refills were offered steadily.
Went in to get a seafood panzerotti but was told they were out of seafood... in PEI. Then we were told there was only half a sub loaf left. It was early afternoon on a Monday how could they be out of seafood and sub buns. Not impressed. Server was very friendly and is the only reason they received 2 stars.
Very disappointing. While the overall flavour of the panzarotti was good, there didn't seem to be any cheese. Surely I didn't have to specify cheese any more than I would on a pizza?? Basically what I got was a bunch of ham, some pineapple and possibly some crumbled bacon. It looked like everything was put in a little pile in the middle and that was it. I seriously didn't need to specify cheese, did I? The wings I got were fine. I got takeout and the service was fine. By the time I realized there was anything wrong with the Panzerotti I was back at my hotel and the place had already closed.
