I've never received a less than stellar pizza here. Both their square and round pies are incredible with novel specialty options to choose from and ample toppings. Always ready when I get there for pick up and the service is top-notch. I love supporting local business and Pizza Cutter has certainly earned mine.
Ordered a carryout, pizza, salad and sticks. The girl at the counter was very courteous. The pizza was exceptional, great taste and hot. The salad was crisp and fresh, we ordered a salad for one but there was enough for two. Definitely make Pizza Cutter our go to pizza place!
Burned on one third of the pizza, no flavor plus tough crust. and cold. This was very disappointing. This place use to be outstanding, and a wonderful gem. I hope they can come back to their old standards. In the mean time I will be looking for another pizza place. also when I called they would not refund the product, but give me 50 per cent off on the next pizza. Businesses in this day should want to customers happy.
Fantastic pizza. I prefer their round more than the square here. Be aware that the sizes are larger than most so a "medium" here is a large at the other places. Be sure to stop by for their lunch special. Parking: Small lot with dedicated spots
Although I will say the pizza was mid, the delivery time and hence, the temperature was perfect. Great delivery man, was prompt and extraordinarily polite. I recall his name to be Jack. He definitely deserves a raise and of course a promotion.
With work I always drove past and said I have to stop there one day. I am so happy I decided to stop for lunch that day! Pizza was delicious from the toppings to the crust, sauce was compliments pizza very well! I shall return.
Theses guys are the real OG’s. I was having a panic attack outside the store and Jack and his family member’s noticed I was having a hard time breathing and shaking they offered me some food and water and chatted with me for a while to help me calm down. The crust was definitely better than that little caesars box crust Thank you so much for being there for me!
Tasted just average, but somewhat pricy. I was charged $25 for a large pizza with chicken and 2 toppings. I believe this was more than what's on the menu.Food: 2/5
Most awful place. I called and ordered 3 pizzas. A mistake was made. Mistakes happen and the put the order down for next day. They refused to use pizzas already made and made us wait for them to do it from scratch. Even though we ordered two hours ago. They would not put our order ahead because of their mistake. They refused to put us ahead in deliveries to enjoy the party and said they could not deliver in under an hour because I would be in the back of the line. Mistakes happen. Horrible customer service is nit a mistake. Don’t go to this place!!!! I’m sorry I tipped them. I do nit appreciate your dishonest response. I got there at 5:30 and left at 6:05. 35 minutes not 10. Secondly, I was told that if you were to delver it would be at least an hour and I could not go I. Front of anyone. Thirdly, I asked if you could use some of the made pizzas and you said the others couldn’t wait. As I said terrible customer service. The front lady acted offended that I had the nerve to ask if it could be delivered first. I was on my way to a party for my highschool reunion which I was helping with. This is why I made sure to call in advance an hour to make sure I could pick up the pizzas. Your staff didn’t care and made sure to let me know that all these customers that ordered after me would come first because you would have no consideration that you make mistakes. Horrible customer service. Not only are you lying bit trying to accuse the customer if lying. Don’t go to this pizza joint. Average pizza also.
Pizza was mediocre. Don't deliver to hotels? When asked why they responded, "it's too confusing." However they do deliver to apartments... go figure. Don't understand how you can competently run a business but not figure out how to deliver to a hotel. If you're traveling I would just avoid it.
