We have ordered pizza cravin a few times in the past but we just ordered for the first time under the new ownership and really enjoyed it! The pizza ingredients seemed fresh and high quality. We will be making this our “go-to” pizza place in town!
I was a regular customer-every Saturday. Then today. They shorted me on my order. I called in to simply say they shorted me. The Owner Brad took the phone and became rude and belligerent with me after blaming his 10 year old for the mistake. The slice website they use was zero help. The owner has no clue about customer service because he yells, “I can’t believe you would call about one missing wing!.” I said, “those wings are over a dollar a piece plus deliver fees and a tip.” Pretty sad and unprofessional business practices.
We don't order pizza often, but when we do, it's from Gilby's. We've had great experiences each time we've ordered here; the pizza quality is excellent, loads of toppings, especially on the deluxe. The service has been fantastic, the owner down to the newer employees have been friendly. Everyone has a preference on how they like pizza and this place happens to be close and hits our preference out of all the places in Norwalk.
Stopped in for the first time because I was tired of chain pizza. Nice menu selections. Kitchen area was visibly clean. Order was quick and easy. Staff was super friendly. Family enjoyed the pizza a lot. Will be getting pies from here again.Food: 5/5
Excellent wings, and the staff is very nice. Pizza is OK. They have arcade games so bring some quarters with you when you pick up your order. The website is a bit wonky. Just call them.Food: 4/5
I feel like I should have read the reviews before placing an order because all of the low star reviews describe the pizza I got. The bottom of it was starchy, and doughy and really soggy. Probably because I placed the order at 5:00 and it took an hour and 30 minutes to get here. The driver apologized for it taking a long time, so that was nice?
1st time ordering at Pizza Cravings and we got Big Pappa and chef salad. So good! We will definitely be coming back for more. I love that you have different types of pizza. Excited to try them.
The staff was great and friendly from the person answering the phone to the driver. The pizza and Bosco sticks were GREAT! Will most definitely order again in the near future and highly recommend pizza craving to everybody. Ya won't be disappointed.
Simply put not as good as it once was have been a pizza cravin customer for years. Pizza much thinner then before and a lot less toppings then in the past bacon chicken ranch pizza was dry and crust way too hard. Pizza post will be my primary place now.
This was our first time ordering from here. I wish the on-line ordering gave an eta but otherwise it was about 45min from order to delivery.
