I would like to edit my review. I received a phone call with apology and explanation. She did not excuse the bad order. Since this was my first bad experience there, I will give them another chance. Ordered many times, but last night was probably the last. Boneless wings were so hard you could hardly chew them. They were supposed to be mild - don't know what they were, but no hot sauce at all. Pizza was good and lady at counter very friendly.
The Large Veggie Calzone was out of this world! Cut into four generous slices! With Marinara on the side. Sooo good! Lots of Lunch Seating - Maria let us order ahead - we grabbed drinks when we got there & an oatmeal cookie as big as my hand! Vegetarian options: I’m not a vegetarian but my meal happened to be because I LVE VEGGIES. The vegetable calzone was EXCELLENT! Kid-friendliness: kids love pizza! Parking: on street parking
I live eating here. Food is really flavorful and large portions but the atmosphere is full of swear words. So many F-bombs amongst the staff. I’ve eaten here often and have never experienced this before. Pretty big turn off
BEST little pizza I've had in a long time. And I really like that they offer personal size, perfect for a single person.
Every other time they mess up our orders, whether it's the wrong pizza, wrong toppings on the pizza, forgetting to make half of the order, etc. I realize there is a high turnover of employees these days, but really??? Focus, people, focus.
I have lived in this area for 10 years and have never loved a pizza place so much in my life. Their salads, calzones, pizzas, wings, cookies, burgers.. you name it - it is all absolutely delicious. They always make sure that the customer is happy and they always go above and beyond to do their best. Thanks Pizza and Bones!
The best wings I’ve had upstate ever. Might be on the pricey side. But 100% worth it every single time. Parking: Parking on the main road.
I placed a delivery order more than 24 hours in advance for 3 sheet pizzas to have after a soccer game.  When the delivery time passed without any sign of pizza I called and was told they forgot to make the pizzas.  I expressed my dissatisfaction, as I had a soccer team that was ready to eat and was given an attitude by the woman on the phone.  I asked for a manager to contact me.  The pizzas showed up 45 minutes late.  I was still charged the delivery fee and they charged me for toppings that they actually forgot to put on the pizza.  I was contacted the next day by a manager who apologized and offered 20% off the bill. However, she lacked the power to refund this money and said I would be contacted by another manager, which never happened.  This business was not dependable and did not make-up for any of the issues I had.  I would not recommend this business.
If you’re craving chicken wings or garlic knots, this is the place in Dryden to go. Fair prices with flavorful food. Charbroiled wings are some of the best I’ve had in the area. I highly recommend the honey golden bbq sauce. The salads are a little basic, but still very tasty, especially for the price. The staff is always very friendly. This is one of the places in town I find myself craving after a long day. If you’re debating whether to go here or not, give them a try. You won’t be disappointed. I know the menu is pretty much the same as the Ithaca location, but trust me, this place is ALWAYS better. Even if you’re in Ithaca, it’s worth the drive to go to this location instead.
This pizza is great! Wings are even better.Food: 5/5
