Pittsburg Police Department

So I live in a small street. I’m literally just playing games in my room until my neighbor told me they where ticketing my cars. Well I had to run and be like why you putting tickets in the cars. The officer responded saying that they haven’t been moved. Right there I was like I moved them yesterday and you still putting tickets. This is not right. I am very disappointed. For people that live in a small street with no parking they want to ticket you because your parked near your house and you can’t find some other place to park it. I am sorry this is the first time I am ever experiencing any of this. But literally you guys are not being very good at your job if you don’t see that we been moving the car from place to place. I don’t prefer this service at all. I feel like the police officers here just don’t think of the people living in a poor residential area.

I call twice complaining about my neighbor park on side walk inside apartment complex I talk with the manager . I don't know what happen. He still doing the same thing he block elders people for walk on it and he park to close to wall building. He lives on the FOXCREEK APP 3E just and case you pitt police wanna stop by he block side walk after 6 pm lol

My wife got assaulted today 8/12/2022 and called 911. The police never even showed up to help her. She is a crossing guard that helps our children across the crazy streets of Pittsburg.

The officers of this department are severely undertrained. They have had numerous complaints about their officers violating the rights of the citizens of Pittsburgh and still do nothing to hold their officers accountable! Just recently a black man was detained for filming a video with an unloaded bow and arrow. This department knows less about the law than the criminals they try to prosecute.

I was at the intersection as the off duty police officer in the red car cut off everyone. By doing so he caused the truck to hit another car. He then got out of his car with his badge then started to harass the guy he just cut off and caused them to hit another car. I am vary disappointed by the actions of this police officer. They should be fired or put on probation for abusing power.

Officer M Gutierrez badge #358 should definitely not be on the force. I’ve been trying to report this officer for quite some time now and no luck. I even had a meeting with the Srgt of Pittsburg police department and again, no luck!! Officer M Gutierrez violated my constitutional rights, did an illegal search, snatched my phone and threw it on my car when I threatened to record him, refused to give me his badge number by hiding his identity, detained me illegally, yelled and used profanity because he didn’t know that I knew my rights. I was leaving from my apartments going to the corner store when all of a sudden 3 police officers get behind me because of mistaken identity. They had no probable cause to pull me over or search me because everything was current. What killed me is that the poor trainees sat back and watched this behavior from him and didn’t know how to speak up and tell him that he was wrong. After he took the handcuffs off, I find my phone on the passenger seat. I hurry and try to get a snap of his name tag but he walked away so suddenly and went into his vehicle. He then yelled “DO NOT WALK UP ON THIS VEHICLE” he gave me some numbers on a piece of paper and still didn’t identify himself. What a horrible officer! He needs to be let go and I will do everything in my power to get the video from the EZ market in Pittsburg

I want to take time to say a BIG thank you to Officer Nash regarding stolen property that was recovered she was very respectful and professional. We always hear all the negative things about the Police and not too much about the good that they do so this is the reason I wanted to say THANK YOU Officer NASH for your service!

These police are wrong and crooked. They do illegal things and get away with it. They forced me out my car . Tried to arrest me. I have valid license and papers to my car and the officer did not care or even look. the supervisor came which I asked for and they wanted to arrest me for resisting an illegal arrest and detain. The other officers knew it was illegal and wrong n yet did nothing except back him up...since they couldn't find anything they tried to take me to jail still. Then said they going to let me go cuz they have a priority call...

The Pittsburg PD went above and beyond to help. Durning the Seafood festival my car was mistakenly towed with a parking permit in the front windshield. Although the towing company did not want to admit the mistake and only wanted money, the officers their went out of their way and helped me get my car back at no charge. Absolutely outstanding public service!!!

How come you guys never arrest anyone who beats up on other people? PPD was called after an altercation between two neighbors earlier today. First, the dispatch said they would send someone "after they were done handling issues more important". I guess we aren't a priority. When they showed up 20 mins later, one neighbor had bruises on her arms and face, the other was perfectly fine. We also got it all on tape, showed it to the cops, and you didn't even arrest the girl who did the beating. You said if the victim had the girl arrested "It would only cause more problems for you" Really? This department needs a complete overhaul. The PPD do absolutely nothing. You want to commit a crime and get away with it? Be sure to do it in Pittsburg. These guys are a bunch of lazy p*ssies. Hmm, wonder if I will be arrested for the the PPD p*ssies.
