Usually, when “fast” and “food” go together, that’s not a good thing. Bland flavors. Lots of fat and calories. So-so service. It’s the way most places do things, but that’s not the Pita Way way.

Story

Inspired by irresistible late-night Windsor kebab stands and drawing upon family recipes and culinary secrets provided by his aunt and grandmother, founder Brandon Bahoura set out to create an alternative to boring burgers and pizza. A 2007 Oakland University graduate with a Bachelors in Business Marketing, Brandon quickly found that his ideas received a warm reception from area residents.

Good Mediterranean fast food restaurant

By FAR the best choice for food down the Baldwin strip, and you cant beat the friendliness of the employees.

Delicious Mediterranean food! Quick, build your own, eat in, take out, or catering. Falafel was so good!

Very good, had a great salad with crispy chicken and pita bread on the side. Food is good and reasonably priced. Staff was friendly, accommodating and even offered suggestions.

Pretty decent spot to stop and grab a lunch at. It is a little bit pricy for the amount you get but I did notice that the portion size did fluctuate as it is a newer installation of the chain. Located super close to the mall and quick access to the nearby highway.
