Pita Pit

Terrible customer service received there today from the employee who identified herself as Assistant District Manager.. She refused to give me half and half cheese on my small grilled chicken today. Her explanation was that it was customer policy not to do so as there was no way to portion. I told her I would be satisfied with an under portion of each. She still refused. I explained my friend who was ahead of me received both cheeses but she still refused and continued to argue with me. I then requested that my chicken be re-cooked as I felt it was overcooked (which it was). She offered a refund but said she would have to ask me to leave. Terrible service. Terrible overcooked pita. I wonder why she was being so difficult?

Food is good, but it's the most inefficiently-run place ever. When customers arrive, the employees just...disappear. Cashier often goes to start assembling other food while there are still customers in line.

Food is always good. Client service is always lacking. No name tags so I guess to identify her she is older with a necklaces (3 chains in total) that hangs from her neck, one that said "xoxo" (usually restaurants frown upon excessive flashy jewelry wear). She has frecles on her arms. No hairnets, Yikes!!! There were 5 customers, all customers were moving around as the service was slow. The girl above asked who's next? Nobody was saying anything so I pointed in a general direction and she replied rudely " I got her". I thought sorry for being polite. Finally it was my turn to put things on my pita. I said prepare it Greek as it was a Greek sandwich. Her response was "put what you want on it" rudely. To top that She says moments later to me "your first time here I bet". I had told her pita pit has been around for a long time and they have many locations around the country and it was not my first time. Wow red alert red alert! Customer service training needed here! When preparing the food she was spilling meat and condiments all over the prep table and then wiping it clean. I thought with all that meat / condiments after service a few customers you could make another sandwich. Poor owner must be looking at food costs shaking their head. I don't usually write these reviews unless the service is extremely good or bad. Bon appetite!! :)

Clean bathroom, organized team serving you. Fresh vegetables, delicious sandwich, also tried a smoothy that they offer, delicious 😋

Pita pit always tastes good...at this location the prep time was slower than other locations. No baby change table in the men's washroom? I doubt I am the only dude who does diaper duty, and there apparently is one in the ladies room. Why so cheap?
