I’ve been here 4+ times food has always been SO GOOD. The cookies are terrific. They have the coca-cola machine that has the hundreds of different flavors. Solid restaurant with fantastic food with wonderful service! I stop by here every time I’m in Milwaukee.
About a month ago I got a Philly delivered and it was really good! A few days ago I went to the location on Wisconsin Ave in Milwaukee and got a fajita pita which was also great! Better than a sub because it's not nutritionally devoid fluffy carby white bread. These ladies were on top of their pita game. Very clean and they were super nice to me. They recommended the steak, which reminds me of Cousins steak but interesting and maybe even better. Thanks Pita pit!
Tried to patronize this place. Was told catering only. No signs, no info, nothing on the website, no apologies. Door was wide open like any open business. Just acted like I was supposed to know that. Online ordering system was still functioning so I'm not sure what was going on

I ordered online as I have done quite a few times in the past. That was at 11:26am. I figured that I know they take a little while to delivery, usually using doordash, and so I ordered early, expecting I'd get my food in about an hour. It actually said ETA was 12:12pm. Great, right? Not so much. At 12:45 I called to see where my food was. The online tool still said it was waiting for pick up and that ETA was still 12:12pm - this was 1/2 hour later already! I called the shop and they said Oh, it's just finished and on the way now. Are you effin' kidding me?! 1.5 hours to get an order, that was ordered WAY before the lunch rush?! Absolutely ridiculous. And no real apology offered, coupon for future order, offer to refund my order. I don't even want it now. They probably spit in it, because I told them I'd never order from them again, and I didn't want it. NEVER AGAIN. UPDATE: 1:32pm - food finally arrived. Not eating it. They probably spit in it. Refuse to pay for it too! F them!
Not as good as they used to be! The workers do not enjoy their job. One even said she doesn't eat there... I wish they has better service. Makes the food taste better. The ones working do the bare minimum. And i love pita pit.
Nice staff, good food and great prices!
Nice people working the registers and making the food and menu has a large selection to choose from gluten-free and vegan options included. I would say it is set up like a Subway or Cousin's Subs. We were the only two people there and the food took around 10 minutes to put together on a Sunday afternoon, so be wary of long wait times on other days. Parking can be a pain, but the food was pretty good and the tables and bathrooms were relatively clean compared to a normal Subway.
