This is the only one in Brampton so I always go to this location. After this time IM NEVER coming back. I always get two pitas and this time I want to try a smoothie probably my mistake but when I got my food not only was the smoothie cup empty and in the bag, but it was soaked through the packaging and both of my pitas were covered in peach smoothie making them soggy and unedible. I tried calling back this location right after I left. but no one answer the phone. Tried calling the corporate number only to get hung up on a bunch of times. Which is frustrating. All I wanted was new pitas that weren't soaked and sticky. I don't know who's bright idea It was to put an open smoothie in a bag Not sealed with other stuff. Now I got no food and a sticky sloppy mess that I had to wipe down with napkins that were also soaked in the bag wasted 30 dollars pictures attached and basically had to go out and buy plastic wrap to rewrap these.... Thanks pita pit
Amazing food and service. Our office was doing 3 days of staff training. I ordered the variety pita trays and gluten free pitas. Monica took care of our order and even walked it over to our office. I highly recommend them.Food: 5/5

I'll improve my rating once they do something about the fruit flies in the garbage. I've been there a few times, and it seems to be a consistent problem.Food: 3/5

The girl working at 7:30 on Wednesday june 14 first told us they’re closing as we were sitting down to eat. Okay np we’ll leave and then the order was wrong!!! If i said no bacon i mean no bacon i had to throw it away and accidentally ate bacon. I DONT EAT BACON!!!! Im complaining about this girl. I’ll send an email.
I had never been to Pita Pit before, but since I attend Algoma University it’s in Brampton Downtown, I figured my friends and I should eat lunch there. One smoothie and two falafel were our orders. I requested assistance from the woman who was creating because it was our first time. Even so, we made an effort to make timely decisions. Two women were present, one with glasses and the other without. One of them without glasses was therefore really disrespectful to all of us. I seriously considered leaving the restaurant without finishing the meal I had ordered. Customer service like this is not typical. We always have a smile on our faces and assist customers in any way possible even though I work in a restaurant. The food was good but customer service was not acceptable.
Friendly efficient customer service. The salad bowl I had was so yummy! The other wraps I bought were also delicious. So fresh, healthy and delicious, a favourite place of mine!
Terrible customer service! I ordered a drink and bag of chips with my order and the cashier put them behind the counter while I waited for my pita. Once it was made the worker moved on to the next customer so I politely asked if she could pass my drink etc. She rolled her eyes and then asked twice if this was my drink and if I paid for while giving me a dirty look. Has no one ordered a drink from here before? Did she think I was trying to steal a can of pop? Reading the other reviews on here its obvious rude workers is a reoccurring issue at this location
Horrible horrible very horrible experience. They don’t deserve even 1 star. I usually go to pita pit on Mississauga RD on Brampton but stopped in the one downtown today and I regret it big time. I walk in and it takes 2 minutes for the employees to come in the front, no greeting, no sorrys for making me wait, just a stale “what’s your order” like I’m bothering them. I ordered a chicken souvlaki and a smoothie. The portions in souvlaki were very little in terms of the meat they give you, and my smoothie had frozen fruits that haven’t been blended in so I didn’t get my moneys worth. They rush you out of the restaurant if your order is finished and it wasn’t busy. It was not a heart warming nor welcoming experience. Management shouldn’t be just handing jobs to people if they can’t serve the customers properly. I do not recommend at all. Please close this location down it does nobody in the world a favour.
