Pistachio Pie is a small batch pie shop. We have 15 flavors of pie that we offer year round, in addition to some seasonal flavors as well. Other desserts we offer are cookies, french macarons, cheesecakes, cupcakes and more!

Pistachio pie is a pie shop that strives on serving you freshly baked pies every day from scratch. We are open Monday-Saturday from 10am-6pm



"We are a family-owned, made-from-scratch bakery. We specialize in pies, cheesecakes, and french macarons. Some of our other items include cookies, cupcakes, brownies, lemon bars, bread pudding, tiramisu, opera cake, and so much more. We also serve croissants, donuts, cinnamon rolls, and scones on Saturdays and Sundays."

Super cute little bakery. We got some macaroons, a couple "ugly duckling" macaroonshalf price, a lemon bar, cupcake, and a mini pistachio pie. Everything was excellent and we will be going back!! Can't wait to try the beignets next time!
All of the bakery items are amazing! I have never had good Macaroons before but decided to get the cookies and cream and mocha one… so good!! So much variety!! <3
Absolutely loved the cheesecake’s. Tried the vanilla bean and pumpkin and I honestly couldn’t decide which one I loved more. My friend got a mini pistachio pie which I don’t tend to be a fan of. The lady helping us choose told me they did things a little different than most. Needless to say, I will be going back exclusively for that pistachio pie. It was beautiful and just sooo good. Can’t wait to try other menu items!
Pies, especially the Xmas-decorated pumpkin, were a major hit on Xmas. Second time for holiday pies from Pistachio and they are absolutely excellent!
I bought some cannoli yesterday and they were really good. They had a strawberry and mascarpone filling with chocolate chips. The macaroons are always great. In the past I have bought their tiramisu which is made with real mascarpone cheese and their opera cake which is also the real deal. It's hard to find authentic french style pastries in the area.
I’ve been on a donut journey this year. Trying to at least eat one donut per month I’m doing great and this was the best donut I’ve had this far in 2021. I’ll eat more donuts in rapid city and review if it’s the best i town or not. My gut, which is quite full of donuts, says it is. Update: cinnamon roll is even better.
This is a cant miss spot if you're visiting rapid city. These pies are seriously sophisticated. Not just sugar bombs for the sake of being sweet. The technique and presentation is on par with what you'd find in a big city. We tried the namesake Pistachio Pie and ate every last crumb.
We were very excited to get their Chocolate Silk pie for Thanksgiving. There were 9 people here and NO one liked it!! Very grainy texture. Almost like it had been frozen. Half the pie is still in my fridge headed for the disposal. Very disappointing and very expensive!!! Money down the drain! Just wanted to say that we got our free pie and it was very good! Also, the people that work there are very nice!
I've had 6 different flavors of macaroons and they were all great.
We were so surprised to find such a great place hidden in Rapid City! We bough lots of different breakfast pastires and everyone in our diverse group found something they really loved! Everything was great but I loved most almond croissant and our local host absolutely fell in love with the donuts. They said it was the best donut they had in years! And another person said that was the best croissant he had in the US. I guess it says a lot. The owner is a local and she is also the baker and the cashier at the same time. And she was very friendly and welcomig. We will be back to try the pies before we leave the city. Great job!
