Pisces Pet Emporium is the largest independently owned super store in Canada. We’ve been successfully serving our Calgary customers since 1975.

Story

If you love pets, demand good customer service, and value professional expert advice, stop by and visit us! Pisces is a family owned pet store that has been serving Calgary and area for over 40 years. With over 30,000 square feet of retail space, you are sure to find what you're looking for. We have two store mascots.

We have over 650 tanks of fresh and marine fish as well as aquatic plants. We carry various bird and small animal species, including exotics such as hedgehogs, sugar gliders and ferrets. Our reptile and amphibian selection is extensive and includes many animals that are bred right here at Pisces! In addition, we carry the largest selection of brand name pet products in Canada.

In 2015 Pisces paired up with Animal Rescue Foundation of Alberta to become a remote adoption center for their rescue cats. To date we have helped find over 300 cats new, loving homes.

Pisces carries everything you need to maintain your pond year-round. In the spring/summer months we carry an extensive line of live pond plants.

We are especially proud of our strong, knowledgeable and long-term team of sales associates. Some of our sales associates have been with us for over 15 years! All our sales associates are highly trained on all the products that we carry, thereby enabling them to help you make educated, healthy decisions with regards to you and your pet’s needs.
