Under new management, new server. Really good service, the server was upfront about being new and was good. Two of the orders were upgraded to poutine and she was quick to come back and let us know that they were unable to use the proper curds as they were out but they would make it with shredded cheese instead if we were still interested. Super tasty and crispy fries. Definitely worth going for lunch.
Was just there last night, happy hour prices were great however choices were limited tried to order but everything I craved off the menu was not available. No chicken wings available nor soup of the day. The burger I had did not taste right My husband's steak sandwich was really good and the ceasor drinks were awesome.. I almost froze air conditioning set on Arctic.. Will not be going back
Best Beef dip! Top 3 in my lifetime. Martini...well...Just Fabulous. Service is always friendly and fast, but not to fast so you know the meal was made for you. Garlic Parm fries are great too and I don't even like fries. I'll be back often!!!
Took two lovely out for dinner and we decided to stop in this pub. I understand it is re-opened so did not worry about lack of signage. We were greeted by a lovely waitress that did not give her name and our drink order was immidiate. After looking at the menu, i decided to start with appetizer. When it arrived i was shocked the the price did not reflect the portion. I commented to waitress and shs brought concern to kitchen, who rectified the portion but i ferl not quite enough. I had steak sandwich as main, but they could add a side of slaw or salad on top of fries. The Steak was pefect size and cooked perfect. We enjoyed the dinner. Not horrible but could use improvements.
Food was excellent......we had liver and onions and the other party had jambalaya. Our waitress Nicole was awesome. The one only very minor complaint was the music could of been turned down a little. However, we will be returning.
By far the worst service I’ve ever gotten. If I had a choice to put zero I would. Me and my friends Had just arrived in town from a drive probably about four hours long and saw the pub. we went in, starving!!!! However calm! We ordered drinks and food at the same time. Burger, salad, and appetizer! EASY!!Our drinks took about twenty minutes. Our waitress was just walking around and playing with her hair. Now keep in mind we were one of three groups in there when we arrived. It had gotten a bit more busy after we arrived. We watched three groups get served there food prior to us, even though we ordered forty minutes before. I had assumed she didn’t type our order in...She wasn’t refilling our drinks...In fact she never even checked on us. After more than an hour of waiting she walked over and said 5 more minutes. We told her we were leaving. Whilst paying we had told her that we watched everyone get served first and she than admitted to not typing our order in. It’s one thing to not type it in, it’s another to not mention it to us. Very unimpressed! Even more unimpressed cause they just opened and already there service seemed dull.
Went there after reading the owners description of an upscale pub with a unique menu. Putting a few dollar store pirate decorations and a very, very basic menu does not make this "upscale " or "unique". The construction was also nowhere near finished and my girlfriend almost cut her head on exposed steel above our booth. Would not return
Never had such terrible service! Jus arrived in penticton, super hungry after a long car ride. Went in ordered our drinks took about 20 mins, even though we were the few people in there. After ordering our food three groups of people came in, they all got served food before we did. Even though we were there prior to them ordering. After waiting about an hour with no one checking on us we decided to leave. While still paying for our drinks. As we told our waitress we were leaving she then apologized saying it will be another 10 minutes then continued to say she didnt even punch in our order! I get it, mistakes happen but atleast check on your customers. would not even recommend to my worst enemy.
Under New Management, when I first walked in I was overwhelmed by the cosy feel of the pub. The staff and the management that I spoke to were extremely friendly made me feel like I was at home. I really like the unique menu they have created and the feel of the entire Pub itself
Went there for lunch. The food was way too salty. The seating was quite weird with the stripper pole and stage taking up the whole centre of the room. The posters on the inside of the door are very sexist. Won't go back.
