Amazing lobster and crab roll. The price is well worth the quantity and quality. Phenomenal bar clams also. This is a place you have to visit if you're going through coastal new Brunswick. I would plan to spend a good half a day here if you want to try the menu. They also carry a good selection of fresh and frozen seafood
A great find during our vacation. The lobster roll was full, clams, scallops and fish were lightly battered and tasty! The fries were amazing and crispy even once they cooled off.
Pirate de la Mer, Bouctouche, NB. Fish Fryday, a late lunch. We didn't visit our first time in the area, taken care of now. We each had a fish & chips snack, 2 pieces of haddock. Shared an order of fried mussels left & fried clams right. A few reserved & we generally can't finish all the fries. Also on menu for next time lobster rolls & crab rolls + fried shrimp & scallops.
Just got an order of fries here, but they were really tasty! Took a while to get though, so probably not the best if you're in a rush!Food: 5/5
Had take out dinner. The Lobster Roll with fries was delicious. lobster roll lobster lettuce & bun. It was fresh and very tasty. Fries were fresh and lightly salted. Chicken sandwich was fresh and delicious.
I am giving this place a 2 because the fries were good. The Fisherman's platter not so much. The gravy gross! Picked the hottest day to go of course and with no AC it was smouldering hot to try to eat.
Enjoyed the scallops and clams $19.99 + tax. The scallops were large 20-30 count and the fries are home made which is unusual for seafood places along the east coast of New Brunswick. The portions are large. 2 of us shared this meal. Great spot for fresh seafood as well.

Found this place while traveling! As super foodies; this place was the real deal. Great lobster rolls and the fish and chips was incredible. I mean incredible. Lobsters can be bought cooked or alive. The staff were super friendly and the chef even called his father to get us a list of hidden gems along the rest of our route. Will be recommending to others.
Ordered clam and chip dinner. Wow, haven't had clams that good in a long time. The serving was enough for 2 ! Parking: Lots of parking.
