"Paid 500 dollars to have paper work filed to have a charge expunged. Tom brown said that I would be notified in a weeks time on the court date. A week and a half later I called him back because I still had not heard from him, talked to him on the phone for about 5 minutes, and didnt recive the answer to my question. Called back again three days later because I still had not heard from him about a date for the court hearing, finally got the answer that day, lenght of phone call was about another 5 minutes. I just recied a bill today,and for the ten minutes of total phone time he charged, wothout telling me, an extra 135 dollars. They have taken twice as long to handle the expungement and still cahrged extra. Would highly reccomend finding a different attorney."
