Popped in for advice on armoured cable and was treated to a good bad guidance on what to use and what not to. But they did explain that I had to make the choice as they are not allowed to recommend ,,So very helpful and will be going back to buy the cable after visiting other wholesalers in the area all of which said they couldn’t help with advice as they were only sales people,

In a word "Brilliant" certainly one of the best electrical wholesalers I have used in my 30yrs experience. Polite friendly and extremely helpful, all at tough to beat prices. Definitely a place to go for any decent Electrician looking for a reliable service offering good quality products, plus nice coffee great place! Handy Andy

I went to the Tonbridge Electrical Centre shop this morning and I can only say that the treatment I received was absolutely disgraceful. I wanted a bulb and cover replacement on a kitchen undercounter light. The guy at the counter glanced at my items and said that they didn't sell this foreign s**t. I was surprised and told him quite calmly that I believed that my wife had bought it from their shop a few years ago. Completely unexpectedly, the man shouted that that could not be because they don’t sell foreign rubbish there. I asked if they had something similar and he gestured to some goods in the corner. When I went over to have a look at them, the man went on a complete rant about foreign goods which shows how ignorant he is as 90% of the goods he sells are probably made in the Far East and that I should take my foreign s**t and get out. As a foreigner myself, I was obviously not welcome there. Extremely upset, I approached a woman in the office section and told her what had happened. Unacceptably, she made no apology to me for his abominable treatment of a paying client. In my 20 years living in this country I have never ever been treated like that. Neither my wife nor I will ever return to the shop. There are plenty of other electrical wholesalers on the Tonbridge industrial estate who would never dream of treating their customers in this way.

I visited this establishment last week, with the hope of purchasing some batteries for my wife's 'bedroom equipment'. After mentioning this to the staff I received quite horrific abuse relating to the fact that apparently I must have an appendage like a baby carrot if she needs help from those type of things. Needless to say I won't be returning there again in a hurry.

Best advice and expert knowledge ! Best prices ! Nothing is too much trouble over the phone or in the store and quick local delivery. Superb people to deal with !!!!!!!

Always friendly, happy to help and will usually tell you if it's cheaper elsewhere. Huge range for the size of shop.
