I visited the On the Run store at 1740 Bayly St. today October 8, at 2:10 PM and had an extremely bad experience. I planned to buy a Lotto Max ticket, and the lady at the counter cashier asked for my ID. I showed it to her on my phone, and after she checked it, she suddenly told me she needed a physical ID instead. If she required a physical ID, why didn’t she ask for it in the first place, instead of wasting my time by looking at the digital one? This lack of clarity and professionalism was frustrating. Management really needs to hire better-trained staff who understand how to handle such situations politely. Very disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning anytime soon.
Today, we visited Pioneer to refuel our vehicle. To our satisfaction, the station's prices were indeed the most competitive. The station wasn't busy, and we found an available pump as soon as we arrived. The premises were tidy and well-maintained.nnUsing the pump was hassle-free, and we were able to complete the payment right there. Our loyalty points were added, and we received a receipt promptly. It's worth mentioning that this location also provides an air pump and vacuum services, adding to the convenience of the visit.
I recently stopped here to fill up my car and was blown away by the outstanding customer service I received. From the moment I pulled up, the attendant Nitheesha greeted me with a warm smile and asked me how my day was going. Well her smile definitely made the day much better.
