Emma was amazing! She helped us narrow down the best options for our needs in a lease. She listened to our wants and needs and she excecuted. Her and the guys there are truly friendly, and helpful. You feel that they are there to serve your Chrysler, dodge, jeep, and other vehicle needs and really, that’s what it’s about for them. I highly recommend contacting Emma there! She was awesome to work with. Great communication skills.nThey have some cool cars there and their mechanic shop is great to have if you own one of these cars because they know what they are doing. This review is directed at the service dept. and specifically April Moore who is without a doubt THE BEST Service Advisor we have ever had the pleasure to deal with. My sons Jeep Cherokee SRT had to undergo some extensive repairs new engine and I'm convinced that without April's guidance, knowledge and commitment we would have been fleeced to the point of no return had we gone to another shop.nWhen is comes to vehicles, 80% of the population only know where the gas goes so we need to trust and rely on an expert. It was easy to see that this young lady cares about her customers and knows what she is doing.nI will not take any of my vehicles to another shop ever again and highly recommend that you do yourself a favor, speak with April and do the same.
We just bought a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership and were extremely happy with the service we got!!! We didn’t feel pressured to purchase but were treated with respect and genuine care! So glad we could support this business! Our salesperson was Brandon, he was awesome!!

Avoid Pioneer at all costs. My experience was a nightmare:nn1. After a major rear-end collision, Pioneer's service was appalling from the start. They conducted a 4 minute check on my car and 4 pictures and deemed it safe to drive and no on the spot alternate car. called me to schedule an appointment while I was at home, which was inconvenient.nn2. I mentioned to Mike, the auto manager, that I record calls for security, as allowed by law also considering I was in my own home see: [Canadian Criminal Code]https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/C-46/page-29.html#h-118925. They clearly don't practice what they preach, as they record themselves see: [Privacy Guidelines]https://www.priv.gc.ca/en/privacy-topics/surveillance/02_05_d_14/.nn3. The staff--Mike, Jordan, and Susan--treated me with utter disrespect, insulting me for exercising my rights. They refused to service my car simply because their feelings were hurt.nn4. This left me with a painful very unsafe, hour-long drive to a new location that was originally only a 10-minute trip.nn5. At the new place, 360Collision, they did a thorough job, taking 68 pictures and performing a 45 minute comprehensive assessment from body to engine to car frame structure. They even provided a replacement car immediately. Pioneer, on the other hand, performed a half-hearted assessment, deemed my car safe when it wasn't, and didn't offer a replacement vehicle.nn6. I recorded all interactions, and it's clear that Pioneer cuts corners and doesn't care about their customers. Their service was unprofessional and lacking in quality.nnDo yourself a favor and go to 360Collision instead. Pioneer is a poor choice.nn2024-08-29:nI have just received a response from the owner of the location, who stated the following:nnI am sorry you feel this way. After careful consideration, we decided not to proceed with assisting you. We reserve the right to refuse service if our staff feels uncomfortable or threatened in anyway.nn2024-08-29:nMy response is as follows:nnThank you for your response.nnIt's important to reiterate that my actions were fully in line with Canadian law, which permits recording conversations for security purposes. I notified your staff of this in advance, and it's clear from the recordings that I approached the situation calmly and professionally. The decision to refuse service appears to be based not on any actual threat or misconduct but rather on your staff's hurt feelings, which is both unprofessional and concerning.nnIt's worth noting that your receptionist seemed quite surprised that the service refusal was related to such trivial matters. This only highlights the questionable nature of your company's decision-making and its handling of customer interactions. If there were legitimate concerns about safety or conduct, involving law enforcement would have been the appropriate course of action, yet no such step was taken.nnFurthermore, the stark contrast between the service I received from Pioneer and the thorough, professional assessment from 360Collision underscores significant issues with your business practices. Your half-hearted evaluation and lack of support were glaringly inadequate compared to the comprehensive service provided elsewhere.nnFor those considering Pioneer, I recommend looking at reviews on platforms like Yelp, where others have shared negative concerns.
