Pinnacle Dental Group

I would recommend Pinnacle to everyone. The office is clean and beautifully decorated. The entire staff is so friendly. When I first starting coming to Pinnacle I hadn't been to the dentist in a while. They put me right at ease and didn't lecture me. They took care of all my dental issues. And they're funny and entertaining. I don't dread going to the dentist anymore. It's actually enjoyable.

I have been a patient of this practice for a long time, even before Dr. Richardson took over the practice. Even though I have moved to Liverpool I still maintain my relationship with them. The staff is courteous and professional. They always tries to accommodate my schedule and my personal needs. If you are looking for a dentist, I give my highest recommendation to Pinnacle Dental.

Very patient caring and understanding. Dr. Richardson makes you feel very comfortable which causes less stress. When an unexpected appointment is needed they always have gotten me in as soon as possible. I would highly recommend this Dentist and his friendly staff for any dental work you may have to have.

Very clean and tidy office with a top of the line professional staff that is great for all ages. Dr.'s Richardson is the best dentist that my family has ever had the pleasure of dealing with and the staff makes you feel like your part of one big family. Highly recommend!!

I've been with Pinnacle Dental and Jim Richardson since their inception. Although I live in Baldwinsville, I travel to Fulton to maintain the excellent service and treatment I receive. I'm not willing to risk losing that to go somewhere closer. The office staff and other dental professionals there are just simply the best.
