We provide services in all skilled trades: skilled handyman, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, tile, flooring, painting, staining, windows/doors, bath remodeling, etc. We are also professional builders. Since 1999 we have designed & built hundreds of decks, sun rooms, porches, kitchens, basement remodels, additions and large home renovations. The service tech Jeff was very courteous and completed the job as requested. However, the price quoted for the work completed was very high and completed the installation of a lockset in well under an hour. $228 "non-member" price was out of line. Will not be using this company again.

I don't know how good your services are but I have to wonder about a company that feels it necessary to put in their advertising that he never saw his father come home drunk. Potential customers don't want to even think about this. They care about getting a good job for a fair price and not your family's drinking habits.

I learned about Pink Rose from my daughter and I am so glad I took her suggestion. I had to have a ceiling light and switch installed (in a ceiling with no existing light). Mark did a fantastic job and also had time to install/replace another ceiling light/fan for me. He was so very professional and did an amazing job. Pink Rose is going to do another job for me...and probably other jobs as I need. I truly recommend this company. UPDATE: First of all, I was supposed to get a rose for the first job - never got that. Regarding the other job. Pink Rose quoted me $4,000 for a kitchen job. I told Pink Rose that I would go forward with the job. I was told that they would send someone to my house with a contract and they needed a deposit. They gave me a contract, I signed it and gave a deposit. They then sent a kitchen person to my home. This person was either drunk or high. I was then informed that, even though I had a contract, it was going to cost an additional $2-3K for additional work that needed to be done. (additional work did not need to be done). Kitchen person told me, "I know more about kitchens than you do and you need additional work done here." They said the person who quoted me should not have done that and they were cancelling the original contract. Very poor customer service when I spoke with the owner. I wonder how many people get roped into this way of doing business...give a quote and then "up" it. BTW - I did get my deposit back, thank goodness

Be very careful when using this company. I needed a small job and they priced me $650 - 720 for a job that only should cost 200 - $250. I reported them to the BBC so they can investigate.

No issues at all with the work that they did. Our technician was professional and the prices were true to the original quote. I have a list of other jobs to be done and will definitely use this company again.
