Pink Nail Spa

This has to be the dirtiest salon I've EVER been to! The place looks dirty but what really got me was when the owner Sam was doing my nails he pulled out a dirty file that was already used, it was one of those sanitizable ones so I thought well he probably cleaned it but then when he went to buff my nails with the orange and black buffer it had been used so much the ends were frayed!!! I told him my sister does nails in California and she told me to never let anyone reuse buffers (since those cannot be sanitized) he laughed and said "honey it's ok" and after I told him no It's not then he got up said something to the other man in the back in Vietnamese and came back with another frayed buffer, took him a good 10 minutes to "locate" a clean unused one. He was digging in other desks and in the small black lounge chairs. I cannot believe this salon is still operational! This guy is very unsanitary!!

Sam is the best! My nails look awesome. His customer service is over the top. He treats his customers like family. I'll definitely be back.

I've been going to pink since they've opened an i have never been mistreated or had my nails break after I leave. I like how thin they do them. They feel real when there thin. The staff have always been super cool and very friendly. There is a new owner Tina who is great at her job.

We sat in the water for an hour before getting started on my pedacure. The guy was not friendly and was rough. A child could have painted better. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I don't know how they have any service.

I went in to get my natural nails gel painted. They used the electric sander instead of using the square buffer. Removed a portion of mail on one finger and gave me that hot burning sensation on others. Left me sitting half finished to take care of other customers. Finally finished my manicure. Gel isn't even shiny on all nails. 1 star for bad communication skills, bad people skills bad painting skills. First and last time I will EVER go here and I will recommend my usual nail salon to everyone from now on. What a joke for what I paid.
