So stoked about my new F350! I had the best experience with Kevin, Sharie and Michelle. This was a huge purchase and they made it painless. They even had knowledge of taking it back to BC plus they ordered me exactly what I wanted even though a little unconventional. I have had my eyes on a super duty since I drove one in 2005 while working at a different Ford dealership and was waiting for the right time! Fast forward 17 years, 8 other trucks, one half ton brought brand new that I put 322k on and here we are!! It’s going to be a great truck to pull my trailer, my fellas trailer and haul all the dirt bikes . I enjoyed being treated with respect and provided all details or important information promptly. I had help negotiating the deal but felt that my needs and wants were not overlooked. It’s a unique experience buying a truck like this being a female and I look forward to doing it again in a few years. This truck was worth the wait and I highly recommend dealing with PineRidge. Worth the trip! As the guys at work say: what are you going to do with that? Me: Whatever I f*^%in want.
Everyone was so friendly even when I was buying a vehicle from a few hours away. They ensured all paperwork was understood and helped set up my vehicle down to the app! Would definitely buy from this dealer ship again!

Parts missing, Air intake was not properly assembled, wipers were missing. SUV was left unlock many personal items stolen.
These guys are great. Our tire was leaking air and we just pulled in and asked for help. They were very busy, but managed to move things around for us so that we had our tire fixed and we were out of there in an hour and a half. Totally saved our work trip. Friendly staff that went above the standards of customer service.
Way back I left a review based on my experience with the service department, which was fantastic. In June 2019 I purchased a new truck from them and the service from the sales team was just as good. Derek got me a great trade in deal and worked diligently with me through the entire process. He really worked to get me the truck I wanted and was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional throughout. The finance department was also patient and took time to go over all the details with me in a very thorough manner. The entire process was completely painless. Like I said in my earlier review for the service department, I wouldn’t consider doing business with any other dealership in the province as long as Pineridge continues to have such a fantastic team of staff members.
All pineridge fords employees i dealt with were professional. They go above and beyond to meet your expectations. I was treated with the upmost respect and feel valued as one of their customers. Will continue my business with the meadow lake pineridge fords for future endeavors.
They got my Rav4 in very quickly considering how close we were to the holidays, got parts very quickly and did great work despite it not being a ford vehicle. Great crew, easy to contact and work with, and very professional. Will absolutely use again in the future. Had to update from a 5 to a 1 as after my last visit to get my winter and summer tires swapped while driving to fort mcmurray afterwards not only did half the bolts on my back tires come loose but entirely stripped and blew off one of the tire bolts, thankfully I made it in before a tire came off, but overall I am quite disturbed by this situation. I was also told by a technician that the bolts came off the car because they weren't actually the correct ones for the car, so not only was this simple repair job negligent but downright ignorant, and I am now out an extra $450+ to have this easily avoided issue resolved. Had a lot of trust in this shop previously but it is gone now.
We just recently purchased a 2017 Explorer from Pineridge and we love it!! Highly recommend this vehicle. This is our 6th vehicle we have bought from Kirt and his team and the customer service, communication, and all around service is top notch. They are the best dealership we have ever dealt with. We now live in Alberta and still buy our vehicles from Pineridge. Thank you to everyone at Pineridge for being awesome!!! We're proud to be Ford owners. ———— Edit Review: It’s now 2022 and we have once again recently purchased a vehicle from Kirt, Kevin and the PineRidge team…..in fact, we have purchased two vehicles in the last six months, an expedition and recently a F250. Both experiences were fantastic as usual. PineRidge is awesome to deal with. They are efficient, knowledgeable and honest. We have not bought a vehicle from a different dealership since 2008 and Kirt will have our business indefinitely. I can’t say enough good things about this business and team. They are worth trusting and dealing with no matter where you’re located. We have lived in Saskatoon, North Battleford, Alberta and now the Lloyd area over the years and no matter where we are, we are taken care of by PineRidge Ford. I began by dealing with Janet over the phone on my 2014 F150 and she was awesome in answering all my questions and concerns. I was able to come out there on Saturday her day off so I finished the deal with Theo and once again he was very helpful and another awesome person to deal with. I'll definitely be coming back there in a couple years for my next vehicle. Outstanding team!!!
