Very convenient location, food is basic but still has many options. It did take 1h45 before receiving our order 3 clubs with poutine, not ideal if you are in a hurry or for a quick stop on the road...
Inedible food, the absolute worst service from snobby French only staff, and the slowest restaurant I've ever visited - one visit with 6 family members took almost 3 hours for simple breakfast foods. Has gone downhill fast since new ownership a couple years ago. Definitely won't be returning and don't recommend anyone else waste their time and money.
Family owned and ran. Staff is fun and have stories to tell. Food is home made and very delicious. If you stop for a bathroom break it's for clients only.... too bad, you'll have to buy home made pastries!!!!

Amazing restaurant, best meat pies since my grandma’s. Everything they serve is very tasty, like mom made it. Worth the trip
If travelling from cottage country or out for a day trip from the city, this is great spot for standard diner fare. Be sure to try one of the many pies made onsite. The coconut cream was particularly tasty.
