Love the Metolius Chai. Great selection of pastries must try the carrot cake, the frosting is delicious. Croissants are so flaky and delicious.

I enjoyed the food. We had a tuna salad sandwich and a grilled ham and cheese. Both were great and made to order. The cinnamon rolls were a little disappointing as they were not frosted, a little dry, and the filling had all sunk to the bottom making the bottoms wet and sticky.

The people are friendly and the food is very good!

FYI for travelers, no major sandwiches before 930am. Breakfast sandwiches were good if you like bacon/eggs/muffins but I don’t like breakfast. It was really good but I was disappointed since I went there for the sandwiches based on reviews. Limited latte selection but tasted good.

I chase the snow in the winter and stop at different bakeries in ski towns or while traveling between. This place is truly a gem. The croissants are excellent.
