Michelle Cohen took what was (obviously) a terrible situation, and made it palatable and as stress free as possible. I went into this entire experience thinking that it would be high-pressure sales pitch situation, and it 100% was not. Michelle walked me through the entire process with grace, allowed me to make decisions without any sign of pressure, and followed up with me at every step of the way. Michelle event met me as the hospice to finish the paperwork, so I could spend more time with loved ones. Also she gave me advice on designing the monument, which is a tough decision when you are entirely wrapped up in loss. Michelle, and her team really helped, at a time where I really needed it.

If you are looking for a plot, be prepared for all the stereotypical used car sales man tactic. "Promotion ends today and I also give special price. Tomorrow price will go up. And we are closed tomorrow. So I need you to commit to this $70k contract right now. Oh, but you can cancel up to 30 days, so it's ok. But it goes up tomorrow." Tons more like it. Should not have to deal with such an emotional topic like the passing of a loved one and having to deal with such greedy sales tactic. The grounds itself is pretty decent, so if you go there get your defenses up to their sales people. Treat them as you would a slimy used car sales person. My apologies to the used car sales people - I'm going based on stereotype.

As is the case with all Arbor Memorial cemeteries, the grounds keeping is good - grass regularly cut, grounds in good condition. As others have noted, Arbor Memorial is a business that takes as much profit from the families of the deceased as they can. Little consideration is given to the financial hardship they impose by their overpriced services. I am obliged to buy a marker from them at a rate higher than other suppliers. No wonder the Muslim community is starting to use their own cemetery.

Nice and big cemetery. They have some nice areas and plenty of garbage bins for trash. Upkeep is well done.
