Just bought our second trailer from Dave at Pine Acres Stewiacke. We love dealing with Dave and staff . He’s a straight shooter and no BS. Any issues we’ve had with trailer s have always been looked after appropriately.
Today we experienced the absolute above and beyond service from the service team!!! They treated our family like their family. We happened to have a serious tire blow out on the highway and we’re lucky enough to exit right near this location. They were friendly, fast, fair priced and the experience overall I would recommend this location for all your service needs and also the selection of RVs are great! We will use this location and Derek’s team for all our future RV needs.
Just bought a used 2 years old travel trailer from Darrel at Pine Acres in Stewiacke. Very stress free and no pressure sales experience. Unit is in excellent condition, and after chatting with Darrel he knew it was exactly what we were looking for. Pick up of our trade-in and delivery of our new unit went like clockwork! The gentleman who did the pickup and delivery was very efficient and conscientious. He made sure the setup on our site was exactly as we wanted. This was our first experience dealing with Pine Acres, after buying several trailers over the years and would highly recommend this company if you are in the market. Great on site service by Jamie to deal with a couple of minor issues a couple of weeks after our purchase. He is very knowledgeable and efficient. He was also very patient while answering my many questions and guiding me through the steps to winterize.
We have bought different trailers from Pine Acres in Stewiacke and I can’t say enough good about their sales and service after the sale. They are the best and we’d highly recommend them. Nick and Jared have done service calls on our fifth wheels over the years and are amazing to deal with. They both were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Recently we had Jamie pay us a visit. I have to say that he graduated obedience school with flying colors. he even offered to take his shoes off lol . He was a great help and gave us some advice on questions we had. All in all, Lionel and I were very pleased and look forward to dealing with Pine Acres for our next trailer
Jamie was here to winterize my rv..the other day..this was not his first time doing this..Great to see him a very knowledgeable and personable tech. Explained everything he was doing while making recommendations of things I should and shouldn’t do. I’ll be looking forward to seeing him next spring. Have a great winter Jamie…I would definitely recommend him to any RV owner.
Just purchased a new RV here. Purchased our last one here also. Excellent service before and after sale. They seem to bend over backwards to make sure your experience is a positive one.
Jamie Porter a service technician made a call to my Cedar Creek 40CCK on July 18. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He provided me with valuable information not related to the service visit. The job could not be completed so he organized a return date to finish the work. That was much appreciated.
Called prior to going to look for replacement lights for our trailer explicitly explaining the dimensions. After driving 90 kms return, part person said manufacturers stopped making replacements..why not just tell me that on the phone? Tried selling me another product which cost 119.00 each. Bot the identical replacement from Amazon for 23.00 each tax and delivery included so ordered 4
They don't care and do awful job! We received our RV with few damages and hobnail in the wheel! Avoid going there if you care about your RV Reply to their response: 1. You didn't tell me anything about the tire, when we arrived our tires were all good but after your service we found a hobnail in one wheel 2. In order to get to the tub you had to open slide facia and saing we didn't touch it is a lie! When we arrived home and opened the RV 2 pieces we fallen off. It is surprising that all the issued accused right after few minutes after your service isn't it? 3. I told you to call my insurance before you proceed with the repair because they need to approve it, you said you knew who to call. But you ended up repairing without calling the insurance and now I need to deal with the reimbursement. But it is not a big deal it just shows you don't listen and don't care. 4. I never ever was argumentive all I did I wrote you an email with attached photos evidence and when you replied saying it is me nor you I didn't tell you anything because I know it is useless to argue with companies like yours. It is rude of you snd not true to tell me I was argumentive, shame on you Yes our RV is used, 2015 Cougar but it is in excellent condition better than some new ones and we take good care of it, that is why we will never go to your shop again! I usually leave only 5 stars reviews but here I needed to warn people Thanks and have a good day too

You take the time to say hello to our overwhelming Doodle Bianca and remove your shoes before entering our premises.
