I have a mixed feeling about this restaurant because there's a lot of variation in all of the aspects. In terms of service, there was one guy that was patient, friendly and polite that would take the time to explain to us how their AYCE system works, serve us with a professional manner and did everything impeccably. On the other hand, there were some other waiters who would just ignore us or throw the plates a bit onto our table. For the food, a lot of it was conflicting in terms of my liking. For example, I really enjoyed their hot and sour soup because it had a great balance of flavours but their Shanghai noodles and shrimp dishes were a bit lacking in flavours. The mixed vegetables were great, but the meat skewers weren't. I really enjoyed the decent cuts of sashimi, but their tartare wasn't great with that addition of fried wonton skin. Their wontons, similar to their sushi have very little filling so it was mostly wonton skin or rice. The sushi rice had too strong of a vinegar flavour and was too sticky for me. A lot of their items have the Japanese sesame salad sauce which tasted great, but it was overwhelming other flavours at other times like when it was added on top of eel sushi. Overall, the meal was enjoyable but it wasn't amazing to me. I did enjoy that they offer both Chinese food and sushi which make the meal overall more refreshing because I got to taste a greater variety of dishes instead of eating the same thing over and over. For around 40$ per person tax and tips included, this place is average and a bit expensive.
Only all you can eat on Friday to Sunday nights. Won ton soup is the commercial thick dough type pork... Underwhelming. They serve light soya sauce from Lee Kum Kee. The soy is actually nice and tasty. No tamari. Tea is jasmine like most Asian restaurants. The red curried beef has decent flavour but not enough curry bite due to the coconut milk. The imperial roll sauce looks homemade and the flavour is delicious. It was a pallet surprise. This is the highlight here. Points were lost on soup and all you can eat not being everyday. If this improved, would get a higher rating.
Worst szechuan chicken I’ve ever taster. Even by the looks its not a szechuan chicken. The box is not full, that’s because I served myself and had to throw it away. It tasted weird and as if not properly cooked. It only had chicken and some onions with a brown sauce. It did not have any taste apart from the weird uncooked like chicken taste. To the restaurant owner, selling food like that is an insult to chinese food and also cheating people.
Amazing all you can eat sushi and wok! This is our go-to place. Everything is delicious, especially the salt and pepper shrimps and calamaris.
The sushi were definitely NOT fresh, and didn't taste very good. They looked like a few days old sushis that you buy at grocery with a discount... I should have taken a picture... Also the sushis had different ingredients then they were supposed to example, random tempura ingredients added inside vegetarian sushi, not many sushis on the menu we're friendly for our celiac friends who can't eat gluten. In any case, the price is expensive for what you get.About 32$ for a buffet, there are cheaper places with much better menu. As for the rest of the food, it was okay-ish. Not bad, but not impressive either. 2 stars from me for the sushi, 3 stars for rest of the food. The service was decent though.
Worst Sushi I have ever had. If I could leave 0 stars I would. My wife puked right when we got home. It was not fresh at all. We felt like we got served left over sushis.
Excellent food. Really fresh, made just for you and all you can eat. I absolutely loved it and the service was outstanding.
Customer service is great! Stir fried items and shanghai noodles are alright. Others could be improved. Pad thais are bland. Was expecting a greater quality and taste! Will try other items off the menu
We were hesitant to try this place given the terrible food and service we received at the prior restaurant at this location. Good thing we decided otherwise. The food: The food is a little pricier than the average all you can eat, but the quality and freshness of the food makes up for it. Everything we ordered met and even exceeded our expectations. Definitely worth paying the little extra. The service: What to say about the service... nothing less than perfect. From refilling our glasses without ever being left empty, to the recommendations from the waiters on certain dishes to try, and to the wonderful conversations and laughs shared with the waiters, the service was excellent. Overall: If you have not yet been, I recommend trying it, as the little premium in price is definitively worth it for the food and service that is offered.
Great value for money. Nice staff. Asian food, somewhat westernized. Make sure you're hungry. Kids pay half. I recommend it highly. Try the zucchini tempura, crispy spinach, and the breaded squid. Sushi is OK as well. My kid loves the wonton soup.
