Friendly employees, decent sized lot, hot food but no restaurant nor pizza and free WiFi! (Even outdoors the WiFi is free). Off the freeway enough that it's quiet. Good place for a 10.

My husband and I were greeted as soon as we walked in around 11pm. Terry asked what he could do for us, food or a shower. Kody and him were working hard and were both very professional. The store was clean, the dining are was clean too. The shower pressure was weak but the shower was clean too. I think this location has soft water.

Had to take one of the QUICKEST and COLDEST showers ever! And when I told the cashiers they found it funny even when we mentioned that the atm wasnt working they said nothing. Worstttttttt experience ever!

This is a trucks only truck stop. My last impression of it is that it is in decline. The sea meant all through the parking lot is broken badly. I hope pilot Memes to fix this soon as it is not good for tires. There is quite a bit of parking here. The inside facilities aren't the best as they old and the whole entire place needs updated.

No AC/ventilation in the showers what so ever. Provided with a filthy wall fan that hasn't been cleaned in years. Manager agreed and said it's worse on the girl that cleans them...no doubt. I was soaking wet with sweat by the time I got dressed and out into the store. The store was even hot, and all the cold case doors were completely covered with condensation on the inside. The drinks inside were not ice cold, or even very cold, as usual. Just seemed like trying to save a few pennies by keeping the air way back on a day with a 104° heat index...way to go Pilot.
