Jeffrey from Pillar to Post was very professional and approachable. He was very thorough, and answered our questions both as the inspection was being conducted, and at the end when he went over the findings with us. He was also available by email and phone after we received the full report the next day. The detailed report, complete with pictures and description of everything that will need repairs either now or in the future, was very helpful in making the final decision. We would highly recommend Jeffrey to any prospective home buyers and/or sellers alike.
Jeffrey was on time, thorough on the roof, in the attic and all other available spaces, had all the necessary equipment and used it. His report was extensive and he took the time to go through it with us verbally and answered any questions we had. His written report was consistent with his verbal presentations. No surprises. A copy of the written report was presented promptly and allowed us to move forward in our purchase of the home. We would not hesitate to entrust Jeffery with another home inspection.
Jeffrey was so thorough, relatable and approachable. We felt we could ask any question and we had many as First Time Home Buyers! He brought us that comfort that we were seeking when buying our first home and educated us on added tips to maintain our beautiful new home. As a first time home owner Jeffrey is the best you can get. He is thorough with the inspection. Not only will he tell about the problems but their potential solutions too. He is quite patient, so you can shoot a million questions at him and be assured that he will answer all of them.
We had Jefferey come out and do a home inspection on a house were buying, and right away he was up on the roof, taking pictures, documenting every little thing so he could give us the most detailed report to ease our minds. He made sure the experience was smooth and stopped to talk to us about any questions we had. He made us feel like we were working as a team together, not just a hired hand. I recomend Jefferey 100% for his trustworhiness and his down to earth attitude in making sure we were satisfied and content with his findings. Two thumbs way up for him!
Being a first time home buyer, Jeff did an amazing job. He was very thorough with his inspection as well as he went above and beyond with showing us and informing us about tips and many options available for certain situations to maintain the entire property. Will definitely be a first choice for future and first recommendations to others.
