My wife and I had a preliminary meeting with Andrew. He arrived 15 minutes late due to “technical issues” sounded like he was driving in a car when I called him to check in, and we had a series of questions surrounding the immigration process for the US—complete waste of time and money—Andrew was short and seemed miserable, as though we were a bother despite the fact that we chose to pay for a consultation rather than have him answer a few questions for free over the phone.  Spent about as much time trying to justify being late for a scheduled meeting as he did answering our questions, so we opted to cut the meeting for short and seek out council elsewhere. Sad excuse for an attorney.

Next to impossible to get ahold of, not based in Niagara as the address would imply, so after first meeting with paralegal you have to mail all your personal documents to Guelph. Not supportive, during a very long and painful process.

wonderful experience with knowledgeable  and responsive staff it was a pleasant experience  and great help , i would like to thank Evelyn Cortes for her hard work and excellent service she was on top of everything and was always there to help when she was needed , very patient and professional . i would 100% recommend Pilkington Law firm  for anyone in need  you don't have to think twice !!!

Youssel did an excellent job helping me throughput the entire immagration process everyone at there law firm did an awesome job would recommend to anyone needing help
