I get all of my suits and dress shirts cleaned at Pilgrim. The staff is always nice, they do a great job, and even take care of odds and ends like buttons and hems for me. My clothes are done on time and the prices are reasonable. I'll be back!

This place rocks! They are always super friendly and accommodating. Plus the prices are more than reasonable! My favorite business in Elk River by far!

Terrible! They lost my item and were very rude when I tried to figure out what happens to it! Took forever to get my money back! Very rude manager

I brought a dress in to be cleaned and when I got it back all the bead work was gone. They pointed out it says to have professionally cleaned on the tag; apparently they are not professional cleaners. My only point is they should be checking tags before they accept items if there are things they can not do. They would not reimburse me for the item, very poor service.
