I love this golf course! 18-holes of well kept greens and the challenge keeps on coming with long par 5 on hole 6, a deceptive par 3 on hole 7 with hazards behind the green and landscape sure to please walkers. The 9-hole is also fun but comes with its own challenges. Looks straight forward but be aware of rolling hills and tree lines. Beautiful cottages set off the course and if you want to seek accommodations they have cottages to rent or a transient campsite to bring your own trailers into the park. The course is manicured regularly and the staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend every level of golfer to play and walk/ride the course!
Its a bit out if the way from Guelph, but well worth the drive. The fairways are amazing, lots of fair hazards to challenge you and bunkers tha re better than most. Good staff, very good carts. All in all an 5/5 experience.
Great destination for golf. The challenging 18 hole course will have you wanting to go for it and wanting you to play conservative. Some holes are straightforward with what looks to be a simple green with a couple of bunkers protecting it, while others appear deceptively simple but are very challenging. The staff are friendly and the members are welcoming. It is a pleasure to visit and play.
We had actually planned to play golf and eat later but it decided to rain so we met up for an early lunch. The service was amazing and the menu had something for every one's appetite. The prices were quite reasonable as well. I will definitely go again.
The courses 18 & 9 are very well maintained and challenging. The staff are all super friendly and welcoming. The clubhouse offers good food and great service! If you’re looking for a day out or even a weeks vacation, Pike Lake should make your list!
Awesomely good food. Very good prices and the portions are fantastic. I love yheir breakfasts and dinners are so so good. I'm definitely going to beva repeat customer. Oh and the servers are all very polite and helpful.
What a gem of a golf course! Meticulously kept, doesn't seem to matter of it is dry hot weather or not, as they have their own lake from which to water. Facilities are nice, as are the staff. Prices are higher than municipal courses but to be expected for the level of course quality. Bring extra balls, there is not much forgiveness, however you are not going to mind losing a few as you enjoy the view.... I have played here 3 times and have made my "ball- donations"... And I look forward to playing here again.
Stayed in the trailer park for a month, while our property was being completed. Tom and Jane helped us a great deal in making us feel at home, away from home. Thank you. Beautiful place. Passed by many times and had no idea of the vastness and beauty of this place. Recommend it highly to all in the area to visit.
We purchased a Northlander through Pike Lake to replace an older seasonal trailer at a different camp ground. We worked with Shawn at Pike Lake who was accomodating, knowledgable, and communicative. We looked at a few different models but ultimately found one that was perfect for us. From there Pike Lake did amazing work ensuring that the swap would go smoothly. They worked with us and directly with our park administration to make sure the timing of each piece was sorted out properly. We worked with Adam for the on-site work remvol of the old trailer and install of the new and he showed amazing professionalism and knowledge. They did a spectacular job of reattaching our deck and awning, installing all of the electrical, water, and sewer pieces as well as skirting the deck and trailer. A final walkthrough was provided and any questions we had were answered to our satisfaction. If you are looking for a new trailer, especially a Northlander, you owe it to yourselves to speak to the team at Pike Lake.
Thanks to all of the amazing staff at Pike Lake for another Great Season. We are so happy that our kids got to spend their summers making memories that will last a lifetime.
