This is the best BBQ in the Capital District. We order from them often and it is always amazing. The catering is also incredible. If you haven't you should absolutely try this place out. It is the BEST!!!
First time customer, I ordered takeout tonight. You gotta get the corn fritters they are incredible. Ribs are better than the competitor served up with 2 of the best corn muffins I’ve ever had. If you’re from Troy think of this place it’s a great change from the competitor.
Everything we ordered was cold besides the Mac and cheese. Sweet potatoes fries were definitely just sitting out all day or maybe even more. Brisket was so dry and over cooked, sliced incredibly thin and doused in barbecue sauce. Overall unappetizing.
Excellent food. Excellent service. Huge portions.
Good service and decent prices. The bbq is just as good as dinosaur for a better price. But the sides could be a bit better, the french fries weren't good at all.
Requested that brisket be sliced and not be chopped up, but this is what I received--little pieces and crumbs of BBQ. No effort made to remedy the situation. If you want real high-quality BBQ, go to PJ’s BAR-B-QSA in Saratoga a few miles up the road on I87.
Good local bbq and Tex mex, fast service, very small place, keep to take out during the pandemic
