Not as good as the reviews claim. Crust is not bad cheese was a bit light and the vegetables were way to largeimagine Chinese food sized diced vegetables. We ate is and tried to like it but there is much better in Chatham. Not like real Windsor pizza at all, not sure what these guys are saying in the reviews. Seemed like nice staff and clean restaurant
First time getting a salad from here and the last time. Beyond disgusting that this is what the lettuce looks like. Literally brown and mushy Giving two stars because in the past I've had good experiences but after this I don't think I'll be going back.
Chicken wings best in town. Dry apple wood rub was suggested & it was #1. Pizza delicious & flavourful. Delivery was fast. Have not eaten in so cannot rate the atmosphere. Ordered delivery 2 consecutive days. French fries undercooked. Not recommended.Food: 4/5
Super friendly staff. I tried the vegan cheese and am not a fan and couldn’t finish my pizza. Other than that, everything else was great. Daiya cheese would be an amazing alternative. Just saying! My partner had a meat pizza and said it was amazing. :
Ordered a dill pickle pizza last week, and was amazed by how good the food and customer service was. A guy named Jonny ran my pizza out to the car for me, one of the nicest people I’ve ever met in the industry. 5/5 will definitely become my regular spot, Kokas just can’t compete.
6 thumbs up. Panzo’s were super tasty and loaded. Kids loved the Hawaiian pizza. I’ve ordered from here several times and this is our Chatham go-to when visiting.

Highly recommend the dill pickle, cheeseburger or jalapeño popper pizzas! This is our go to spot every Friday night. Amazing pizza and staff!
Ordered pizza with all vegetarian toppings and found out to be pepperoni in few slices. Had to throw it away. Very bad experience. Not a professional about vegetarian integrity.
