Wow. What a gem. The extraordinary food is perfectly complemented by the intimate and homey ambience, and very knowledgeable and considerate staff. We thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience at l'Epicurieux. This restaurant definitely lives up to its name!Food: 5/5
This place is totally worth the visit! Seriously. We had fantastic service, ate like royalty and were provided excellent wine choices by the sommelier. Rather than opt for the tasting menu, we basically created our own and indulged! En plus, they’ve even got fabulous cocktails and local ‘liquids’ to satisfy everyone’s tastes. Strongly recommend making a reservation.

The food was beautiful and delicious. However, the price is much too high considering we are sharing small plates. Vegetarian options: Most of the items on the menu were vegetarian, and substitutions were made for us. I'm not sure they were of equal value as those on the regular menu a carrot dish comes to mind. I would have appreciated if the server was aware of our dietary choices, as I had made the note in my online reservation.
The plates looked beautiful and some were enjoyable but the wine pairings were not very good, one smelled like dirty socks cider, another tasted like it was corked and whatever was paired with the sorbet was equally awful, a champagne or vodka would have been much better and water inbetween courses would have been great. A $200 meal at the most but not $344.
I liked the open kitchen . The wine paired well with the food. If your super hungry this place is not for you. If your looking to go ourt enjoy some drinks. Bottle of wine, And eat a little. This place is for you ..
Went to this restaurant because it was recommended by close friends that really enjoyed the experience and dishes. To be absolutely fair, this restaurant is always changing their menu, innovating if you'd like, which is great. However, when I went with my GF, their menu was innovative, obviously, but I have a hard time wrapping my head around a $65/person dish, for basically no proteins! With the exception of a small portion of foie gras vert strong flavour and one small portion of blood pudding, it really is an acquired taste, wasn't ours!, the rest was all vegetable! Not a fan and won't recommend.
Beautiful and creative seasonal food, with amazing and attentive staff. The restaurant instead is gorgeous and has a great vibe. Can’t wait until next time.
The food, the service, the ambiance ..hands down one of the best dining experiences we have ever had. Arrive with an open mind/empty stomach and let the chef take you on a culinary journey. The sommelier will provide you with some delicious and unique wine pairings backed by a vast knowledge and history of each selection. Honestly could not recommend enough. Thanks for the awesome experience!
