I found this place by accident and found out it's one of the best for framing in Toronto. Good prices, quality. Their only opportunity area would be the time, sometimes it takes too long but the rest is awesome.
I have been framing artwork at Picture Picture for a few years now. They show artistry in their selection of matting & framing. They spend time with you going over the best options in style and pricing. Highly recommend it.
