I bought my first car here back in 2024, and have been coming here to service my car ever since. Since the day I bought my car until now, I have received excellent customer service from the team at Pickering Honda. They provide such great shuttle service if you need to go somewhere while your car is getting serviced. Most recently one of the service advisors had squeezed me in on the day of to have my tires swapped, which I thought was outstanding! From the finance manager to the brand ambassador to the service manager. Just amazing and friendly staff! A huge shout out to Scott Osborne for being professional and maintaining great customer service during my recent visit!
