The price of their vegetable is pretty in line with other grocery shopping in town and is very fresh. Yummy meats and salads and pre made foods. Not a huge selection of choices for pantry/condiments but there is a little of everything. Nice staff

Fresh fruits and vegetables, I picked up a fresh boneless, skinless turkey breast. Still get some leftovers, but onlh for another day, not a week. Always better that way. Fresh!

What’s bad to say?! Nothing! Variety, fresh top quality produce for Northern Ontario. Price is a little high on some items but they have a good selection of ready to go options. Yes its busy and tight but why change that? It gives it the market vibes and feel.

We purchase their pre-made meals, wraps, salads, Mexi-bowls, and desserts for clients all the time! Plus our at home groceries usually consist of the same : just so easy, affordable, and quality is superb

THE grocery store to be supporting local, getting the freshest options, affordable prices, good quality and great service. Don't let its size fool you. You can get everything here... Veggies and fruit, including pre cut and trays, salads of all kinds, home made sauces, pre prepped meats for dinners, a nice deli section to get fresh cuts of meat. Amazing home made meals that are pre portioned for great prices, like roast beef potatoes and gravy, pastas, meat loaf, and Asian, Thai, etc, inspired dishes as well. A lovely selection of desserts, appetizers, ready cooked food for a quick lunch or dinner option amongst many more.

It was amazing and thier were so many options. The cakes and treats looked amazing, although we did not buy them. There were so many meals to chose from that fitted a broad range of dietary requirements. The only downside was that we didnt even know it was a grocery store before we entered, this was do to the lack of sings.

Wonderful selection of vegan or veggies eater. I am Muslim and need to bemake sure what I eat it Halal or vegetarian. Always manage to walk away with not buying their baked sweets. Always a place to go for your needs during visits
